On November 27, 2023, Oksana was charged with administrative offences under Part 2 of Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offences. She was later placed in Pre-trial Detention Centre No. 7.

In addition, he was accused of writing offensive online comments in 2022 about A. Lukashenko, about a certain "official holding a responsible position", and also of writing "inciting hatred" comments about security forces in 2022. "Discrediting Belarus" also happened on the Internet: in November 2022, the man "posted a negative comment that formed a negative image of martial law" in Belarus.

The couple (Vyacheslav Berezovets and Tatyana Danilyuk) were placed in custody for taking part in protests in Kobrin on August 10, 2020, where the woman "made obscene gestures to the police," and her husband "pulled down his pants and showed his bare buttocks."

At the same time, Vyacheslav has already been convicted for the episode with "showing his buttocks" to the police. The trial took place back in 2020, when the man was charged with an administrative article for this.

The couple left behind three young children.

Alexander was among the protesters who stood on Masherov Avenue in Brest on August 10, 2020. Security forces posted these photos in March 2024.

It is known that Dmitry's case was largely fabricated, and some of his actions were deliberately provoked by intelligence officers.

Human rights activists know that the man has been in custody since approximately December 2023. He was initially held in Minsk's Pretrial Detention Center No. 1 and then transferred to the Brest Pretrial Detention Center. He was sentenced to 20 years in prison, the first five of which will be in a penal colony.

It is known that Osiyuk lived in Bereza and has a daughter.

Ruslan Zubkov is 26 years old. According to social networks, he has lived and worked in Poland in recent years.

In December 2023, Zubkov was added to the list of members of the extremist group "Russia is Evil". This is a small Telegram chat with 135 members, where only three people are currently active. In February 2024, Ruslan was put on the wanted list in Belarus and Russia - this means that at that time he was still at large.

It is also unknown when Ruslan was detained. He was first tried in June 2024 for "insulting Lukashenko" in the Kamenets District Court. The verdict is unknown.

Details of the verdict became known from prosecutor Pleskatsevich’s comment to Pinsk state TV (the name of the accused is not named, but he is the only one who was tried in Pinsk in 2024 under the article “unrest”). The prosecutor recounted the position of the accused: on August 9, 2020, he voted at the polling station, returned home and drank a lot (about a bottle of vodka), after which “out of interest he went to look at the protesters near the city executive committee building.” What exactly the man did next at the protests, for what reasons, he did not remember due to alcohol (in his words). But the video captured what the prosecution qualified as follows: “he took an active part [in the riots], namely, with his actions he supported the pogrom and attacked the police with other protesters.”

According to the prosecution , from August 10 to August 11, 2020, at that time, minors Yulia Sharanova, Nikita Voytyuk, Nikolay Nikityuk, as well as Vasily Alekseyuk, Gleb Klimovich, Vitaly Varfalameev, Alexander Tysevich, Maxim Sobolev, were on the roadway of Masherov Avenue, Cosmonauts Boulevards and Shevchenko, st. Soviet in Brest, “ they shouted slogans, demonstrated white-red-white canvases, grossly violating public order, deliberately impeding the movement of vehicles and the normal functioning of enterprises and organizations.”

At the court hearing, everyone fully admitted their guilt.

It is also known that Maxim Sobolev, Gleb Klimovich, Yulia Sharanova were convicted, including on “narcotic” charges.

Maxim Sobolev under Part 1 of Art. 342 of the Criminal Code was sentenced to two years of imprisonment. But since Maxim was already convicted under the “narcotic” part 4 of Art. 328 of the Criminal Code, by partial addition of the main punishments and the full addition of an additional punishment, 12 years in prison were sentenced to serve in a correctional colony under a high security regime with a fine of 3,200 rubles.

After being transferred to the penal colony, Sergei was immediately placed in a punishment cell for a month.
