The pro-government film (April 2024) said that six teenagers allegedly united in the “anarchist cell “Black Nightingales”, which” under the leadership of the National Liberation Army of Ukraine “was created by 16-year-old Ukrainian citizen Maria Misyuk.
ONT employees claim that the teenagers united to carry out sabotage on a tip in Belarus, and then in Russia. Maria is accused under Part 2 of Art. 289 of the Criminal Code (act of terrorism). According to the story, 16-year-old Maria Misyuk moved with her family from Ukraine to Belarus in 2022, where she created an “anarchist cell for preparing terrorist attacks.” Among those detained are college students in Baranovichi, Nesvizh, Mir, Minsk and Luninets. These are Trofim Borisov, Sergey Zhigalev, Dmitry Zahoroshko , Anastasia Klimenko and Alexandra Pulinovich. According to ONT employees, young people gathered at the Baranovichi apartment to prepare for their first serious action - to collect explosives and blow up the Baranovichi police department or prosecutor's office. It is unknown under what charges the remaining five participants are accused. As well as their status and location are unknown.
Sergei was arrested right at college during classes in late December 2023. A pro-government film (April 2024) reported that six teenagers allegedly united into an "anarchist cell called 'Black Nightingales,'" which was created "under the leadership of the National Liberation Army of Ukraine" by 16-year-old Ukrainian citizen Maria Misiuk.
ONT staff claim the teenagers united to carry out acts of sabotage, following a tip, in Belarus and then in Russia. Maria is charged under Part 2 of Article 289 of the Criminal Code (act of terrorism). According to the report, 16-year-old Maria Misyuk moved with her family from Ukraine to Belarus in 2022, where she created an "anarchist cell to prepare terrorist attacks." They are Trofim Borisov, Sergey Zhigalyov , Dmitry Zakhoroshko, Anastasia Klimenko, and Alexandra Pulinovich. According to ONT staff, the young people gathered in a Baranovichi apartment to prepare for their first major action—to assemble explosives and blow up the Baranovichi police station or prosecutor's office. On April 18, 2024, the government telegram channel published a video about the detention of a Brest resident for participating in the 2020 protest. On camera, Dmitry says that at the protest people “used paving stones, broke benches, built barricades.” The authors of the channel do not specify under what article Postnikov is accused.
According to data received at different times from sources , it is known that the man was searched on December 1, 2021. And in September 2022, Chopik was first detained under Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offences, but when it turned out that the man simply did not have a phone where there could be some “extremist materials”, they drew up a report under Article 24.23 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. The pretext for the protocol was a black-and-white flag taped from the inside to the window of the house - only the man himself claimed that the flag appeared after he was detained and taken to the temporary detention facility.
The last round of escalation between Chopik and the security forces occurred in early March 2024: the Brest resident was detained again. After the arrest, the man was taken to the ambulance with signs of severe beating, and Chopik’s complexion was yellow (which may indicate liver damage due to the beating). On March 28, 2024, the Ministry of Internal Affairs announced that it had placed the Brest resident in a pre-trial detention center. Based on the man’s age and history (“he systematically attended criminal courts”), we can conclude that we are talking about Vitaly Chopik. He is suspected of “promoting extremist activities.”
Artem was found guilty under Art. 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus for participation in protests in Brest on the night of August 10-11, 2020.
Alenais accused of financing extremist activity as a result of large-scale arrests during the persecution by the authorities for supporting political prisoners and their families with the social food aid project INeedHelpBy.
Mother of former political prisoner Marina Glazova.
On August 27, 2024, the appeal was heard and the verdict came into force.
A special forces detachment burst into Alexey’s home, they knocked the man to the floor and one security officer sat with his knees on Samoiluk’s body (with one knee on Samoiluk’s neck).
The pro-government channel claims that Samoiluk “threw stones at the police during the riots.” In that publication on the same channel they also posted photographs: in one picture there are two people in hoods and masks, one holding a Ukrainian flag, the second a sheet of paper with the text “Brest residents with Ukraine.”
She was detained on January 23, 2024 during a massive raid by security forces on relatives of political prisoners and people who helped them.
According to the case materials , on February 27, 2022, the man filmed flights of military aircraft and sent the video to the so-called. "extremist formation". Where exactly the video was sent was not specified.
On September 15, 2023, 57-year-old Gennady Vasilyuk was fined for "distributing extremist materials." Subscriptions to "extremist" materials were found on Gennady's Odnoklassniki page. In addition, Vasilyuk was fired from the locomotive depot "by mutual agreement."
On December 7, 2023, Gennady was detained as part of a criminal case for "slandering Lukashenko" (Part 1 of Article 367 of the Criminal Code) and placed in custody in a pretrial detention center. The case was heard on February 22 and 26, 2024.
The man was accused of posting the "like" reaction on the Odnoklassniki social network on June 8, 9, and 17, 2022, under three videos featuring economist Yaroslav Romanchuk.
Gennady admitted his guilt and reported that on the specified days in June he went to a village in the Zhabinka district, which is confirmed by an extract from a mobile operator. The man uses a push-button phone, so he could not log into Odnoklassniki in the village.
Prosecutor Yegor Kronda considered Gennady's guilt to be fully proven and requested one year and six months of imprisonment for him.
Gennady was convicted for the second time on September 16, 2024, for participating in protests. His wife and three other people were convicted along with him. According to the court, the essence of the charge against everyone was that on August 10, 2020, people in Brest "shouted slogans, whistled, clapped their hands, demonstrated white-red-white banners, and went out onto the roadway." In doing so, they allegedly grossly violated public order.
The court sentenced Gennady to one and a half years in prison, but taking into account the unserved previous (political) term, the final sentence was only 2 years in a general regime prison.

On February 2, 2024, a telegram channel close to the Brest GUBOPiK published a repentant video with Timur Lozko.
In the video, security forces showed how men with shields and weapons, in full uniform, burst into the house. This is followed by footage where Timur Aleksandrovich, with his hands behind his back, says that he was found with subscriptions to Nekhta, and that he also donated to this telegram channel. The man also says that he works at Lode as an anesthesiologist and resuscitator.
On the Internet you can find that Lozko was detained back in October 2020 (and in solidarity with him, other doctors in Brest went out to protest with the inscriptions “I/we are Timur”). And during the referendum in February 2022, he was detained again, and under Article 24.23 of the Code of Administrative Offences, “Illegal picketing,” he first served in a temporary detention facility, and then received a fine of 50 b.v.
The exact date of Alexander’s detention is unknown, but the page on Odnoklassniki, which he actively maintained, stopped updating in October 2021. Perhaps that's when he was detained. It is not known what else Skorokhod was doing, but from June 2018 to the beginning of 2020, he traveled to Ukraine 500 times and soon returned back, often two or three times a day. Obviously, he was transporting something across the border, but whether it was official work and what the essence was is unclear.
Alexander's trial ended on February 1, 2024. And on April 19, the appeal took place. Skorokhod was tried for “treason to the state” (Part 1 of Article 356 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus). The sanction of the article provides for a punishment of seven to fifteen years in prison. The verdict is unknown, as is the essence of the charge.
