A resident of the village of Shchorsy in the Novogrudok district. He was accused of reposting a message from the group "Grodno Region of Change!" on his page on the social network "Odnoklassniki". The message itself was dedicated to two employees of penal institutions.

Before the trial, Viktor Pilzhis was placed under house arrest as a preventive measure from September 12, 2022. This means that Pilzhis was prohibited from leaving his home, using the Internet, or using communications.

It is known that the state prosecutor asked to punish the political prisoner with four years of imprisonment in a general regime colony.
