He came up with the text of the speech and then asked his daughter to read it. He also asked his wife to speak out about the elections. On the same day, he expressed his wishes for the future of the country on video, and at the end of his speech, he also showed a heart symbol. After that, he found videos on the Internet and edited the video. On the same day, he sent it to several of his friends and relatives.

Daniil Polyansky is a Brest journalist. In early September, Polyansky went to Russia to visit relatives. On the way, there was an incident with Russian security forces. His car was stopped by FSB officers and he was accused of an administrative violation for disobedience - allegedly he refused to show documents.

"Danil said that at that time his passport was in the hands of a Russian security officer," says one of Polyansky's acquaintances. "Later, when he returned to Brest, he was detained by KGB officers."

Initially it was assumed that he was detained for some administrative violation. But it became known that a criminal case had been opened.

Danil Polyansky is 53 years old. As a videographer, he once collaborated with state and commercial TV channels, as well as with independent regional sites. In recent years, he was known in Brest as a volunteer for the search and rescue squad "Angel".

A retired military man, a reserve lieutenant colonel who served in the strategic missile forces, a former teacher at the Military School, and a member of the People's Hramada party.

During the 2020 presidential election campaign, Yakushkov was tried twice for "participating in unauthorized events" - for participating in pickets to collect signatures for Svetlana Tikhanovskaya; both times the court sentenced the man to "days in prison."

Sergey's hobby is music. In the 2000s, he played in the band "Lesnoye Radio". He participated in several other projects, translated foreign songs into Belarusian.

Sergey Yuryevich Gorlov studied at the Minsk State Linguistic University, and later graduated from the European Humanities University. He worked as a translator and English tutor. His last known place of work was the Sakharov Institute in Minsk.

A famous basketball referee, he was arrested for creating a basketball chat.

He was detained in January 2024 when he was returning to Belarus. He is currently in pretrial detention. He is accused of "insulting Lukashenko" and "creating an extremist group" under Articles 361-1 and 368 of the Criminal Code.

Syritsa had previously believed that coming to Belarus was not associated with major risks. His wife was also detained at the border (she spent a day in jail). And the chat participants were summoned for questioning.

Alexander Syritsa has been one of the best basketball referees in Belarus for many years. A FIBA referee since 2005. In 2019, together with his colleagues, Syritsa filed a lawsuit against the basketball federation, lost and was blacklisted. He lived in Australia, did business, and often visited Ukraine.

On January 16, the KGB recognized the "Fund of Belarus Friend LTD" as an "extremist organization" - at that time it was reported that Belarusian citizen Alexander Syritsa was related to it.

Margarita has long been a member of the Liberal Democratic Party of Belarus. Andrei Loboda is 54 years old. He is a resident of Minsk and graduated from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (then the Minsk Radiotechnical Institute) in 1993. Since then, he has worked in the banking sector.

Andrey was detained in April 2024. On April 12, he was sentenced to administrative arrest for "dissemination of extremist materials." After that, a criminal case was opened against him. In the GUBOPiK video, he says that he made a donation to the "Country for Life" foundation and wrote comments.

At the end of May 2024, state media reported the detention of two Belarusian citizens at the Belarusian-Lithuanian border: one of them was on the international wanted list and was attempting to illegally cross the border into Lithuania, the other was a driver.

In a "confession video," Alexander admitted that in 2021 he left comments "approving" of the actions of Andrei Zeltser, who died in a shootout with KGB officer Dmitry Fedosyuk. Alexander is known to have lived in the United States for a long time.

In February 2025, he was convicted on four criminal charges, but the outcome of the sentence is still unknown. He is also reported to have serious health problems.
