Gayane, the mother of anarchist activist Roman Khalilov, was detained on November 26, 2021, after security forces broke down the door of her apartment and conducted a search. She was initially taken to the Polotsk District Police Department, where she was charged with "disobeying police officers" and sentenced to 10 days of administrative arrest.
It was later revealed that Gayane had become a suspect in a criminal case opened under the article "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or actively participating in them." She was transported to the temporary detention center on Okrestina Street in Minsk and then placed in a pretrial detention center.
In April 2022, Gayane was found guilty and sentenced to restricted freedom and sent to an open correctional facility.
She left Belarus before starting to serve her sentence.

Artyom was detained in November 2021, the day after returning to Belarus. He had arrived for a day to take a work assessment and was detained right in his office. In November 2021, he was convicted of participating in a post-election protest that took place in Minsk from August 9 to 10, 2020, and sentenced to restricted freedom and placement in an open correctional facility.
He was released in the summer of 2023, having fully served his sentence.
