Kirill was detained in January 2024. He was initially arrested for several days for “petty hooliganism,” but was then not released and a criminal case was opened.

Kirill worked at various factories and enterprises that sell industrial equipment. In 2015, he also founded a small company, Grifkom-Vector, which sold components for conveyors (closed in 2021). On February 14, the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case against representatives and participants of the “Personnel Reserve for New Belarus” initiative announced by the Joint Transitional Cabinet. In early May 2024, it became known that Denis was involved in a new case. The trial was scheduled for May 7. In addition to him, Andrei Stabulyanets and Alexander Sharabaiko were involved in the case. Depending on the role of each, they were charged under Article 368 (insulting Lukashenko), Article 369 of the Criminal Code (insulting a government official), and Article 361-1 of the Criminal Code (participation in an extremist group). In the Vitebsk Regional Court, Yevgeny Burunov considered the case in a closed court session from May 7 to June 5, 2024. As a result, Denis was sentenced to imprisonment in a general regime colony. The exact term is unknown (about five years ).

Anatoly Latushka is the cousin of politician Pavel Latushko.

On March 22, 2024, he was transferred to prison regime until the end of his term.

On September 20, the Central District Court of Minsk sentenced three political prisoners: Anatoly Latushka, the cousin of politician Pavel Latushko, Lilia Ananyan, and Elena Malinovskaya. At the trial, Latushko and Malinovskaya pleaded not guilty, while Ananyan fully admitted her guilt. Judge Dmitry Karsyuk sentenced Anatoly to six years in prison, Elena to four years in prison, and Lilia to five years of house arrest, before releasing her in the courtroom.

Elena has a minor son left at home.

Elena was supposed to be released at the end of August 2025, but she was never released. As Elena's friends told Nasha Niva , she was transported to Minsk, where a new criminal case was opened against her .
