Motyl Tatyana Yaroslavovna is a judge involved in politically motivated repressions in Belarus. In her position, she considers administrative and criminal cases. As part of her work, she has repeatedly brought down convictions involving citizens with mental illness. Motyl Tatyana Yaroslavovna is a judge of the court of the Moscow district of Minsk, and also goes to illegal trials in the prison on Akrestsin. In judicial practice, Tatyana Yaroslavovna Motyl considered not only administrative cases, but also criminal ones. In addition, she makes guilty verdicts in cases of citizens with mental disabilities. As a result of her decisions, fines were issued for a total of no less than 73,177 rubles and administrative arrests for a total of no less than 2,015 days. Further, from the words of one of the detainees: “I personally petitioned her to stop the torture, that they are beating, 36 people in a cell for 4, that they are forced to sign protocols under threats, those who do not agree are beaten, that Article 45 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus has been violated medical assistance is provided... Evgeniy is a former assistant prosecutor of the Pervomaisky District of Minsk. In August 2020, he initiated an investigation into the actions of people in traffic police uniforms who beat up bikers. The investigation yielded no results, and he soon resigned from the prosecutor's office.
On June 10, 2021, Yevgeny was detained and convicted of "picketing by placing a white-red-white flag on a balcony." Later, the arrest period was extended for another 15 days, and then a criminal case was opened against him for group actions that grossly violate public order. He was additionally charged under the article on "incitement of hatred."
In May 2022, Evgeny was sentenced to imprisonment, and in September of the same year he was stripped of his title.
In the winter of 2025, he was released, having served his entire sentence.
