Vladimir was sentenced to 3 years of restricted freedom for insulting a judge. In March 2021, a new criminal case was opened against him, and in June the court sentenced him to 2 years in a general regime penal colony for "evading serving a sentence." Sergei was detained in his apartment, severely beaten and convicted of “violence against a policeman” in Gomel. Sergei said that after the brutal detention, they continued to beat him at the Central District Department of Internal Affairs.
“They beat me, jumped on my head, insulted me and laughed when I cried,” Vereshchagin said. The lawyer added that he received at least 100 blows to different parts of his body.

Nikolai, a blogger, journalist and anarchist activist, was detained on November 11, 2020, by GUBOPiK and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. During his detention, he was beaten, pepper sprayed in his eyes and forced to appear in a video for the Ministry of Internal Affairs. After his detention, Nikolai was tortured, demanding access to Telegram channels.
He was convicted on charges of organizing protests and extremism. In prison, he was repeatedly punished: sent to solitary confinement, punishment cells, and restricted in communication. In 2023, Nikolai continued to receive penalties for minor violations. In 2024, a new case was opened against him under the article for "disobeying the demands of the administration of a correctional institution" - it is applied to prisoners who refuse to cooperate, for fictitious violations.
In October 2024, it became known that he had been in a punishment cell (SHIZO) for the fourth month.
On September 11, 2025, it became known that 52 prisoners of the Belarusian regime were forcibly transferred to the territory of Lithuania. Among them are citizens of European countries. Among those released is Nikolai Dziadok.

Timur was detained in a criminal case opened after the protests on August 10, 2020 in Brest against election fraud. Returning from work, he was shot with rubber bullets five times. The investigator explained the measure of restraint by the lack of Belarusian citizenship, although Timur has lived in the country with a residence permit for about 23 years. He was convicted of participating in "mass riots", and according to the case materials, the total damage amounted to more than 27 thousand Belarusian rubles.
In June 2023, human rights activists learned that Timur spent more than 100 days in a punishment cell, after which he was transferred to a punishment cell, and then to prison regime.
In July 2024, he was re-convicted for “malicious disobedience to the colony administration.”

Galina was detained on December 10, 2020, as part of the criminal "Avtukhovich case", which the authorities declared "the organizer of a terrorist group". She was accused of participating in a "terrorist organization" involved in arson of police officers' property. In the spring of 2024, Galina and two other defendants in the “case” were ordered to pay compensation for damage to the police officers’ property in the amount of more than 40 thousand rubles.

Anton was detained in December 2020 along with his mother as part of the criminal "Avtukhovich case." The authorities called Nikolai Avtukhovich "the organizer and leader of a terrorist group."
