Tatiana Victorovna Shotik
Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Shotik Tatyana Viktorovna is an employee of the judicial authorities involved in politically motivated repressions, in which thousands of peaceful demonstrators, several hundred journalists, human rights defenders and activists were detained and subjected to violence.
She handed down guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases, where she imposed penalties in the form of a fine totaling at least 40,449 rubles and administrative arrest for a total period of at least 1,584 days.
She sentenced the football player and coach Vasily Iosifovich Khomutovsky under Article 342 of the Criminal Code - Organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them, and imposed a sentence of 2 years of restriction of freedom without being sent to an open correctional facility. After the 2020 elections, Vasily Khomutovsky condemned the violence of the security forces and signed up for the demand for fair elections. Before the verdict, Khomutovskaya was also arrested for 13 days for sending materials from a telegram channel recognized as extremist in Belarus.
She delivered a verdict in the criminal case of political prisoner Igor Lednik, a member of the BSDP from Borisov. The veteran of the party movement was accused of slandering Lukashenko under Part 2 of Article 367 of the Criminal Code. According to the case materials, from June to December 2020, Igor Lednik submitted an article for publication to one of the magazines with the title “The internationally recognized neutrality of Belarus is a guarantee of security in the OSCE region.” This material was published in the print edition “Position” on December 28, 2020, and on June 7, 2021, posted on its website on the Internet. Also, the information products of Igor Lednik’s Facebook page were designated as containing extremist materials. Shotik sentenced Igor Lednik to imprisonment for a period of three years in a general regime colony. Igor Lednik has a 2nd group disability due to heart problems.
Convicted Konstantin Stepanovich Zaremba under Article 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus - Organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them. Shotik sentenced the man to 2 years of imprisonment in a colony under general regime conditions.

Ilya was detained and convicted under the article "participation in group actions that grossly violate public order" for participating in a protest that took place on September 23, 2020 in Minsk. He was accused of allegedly blocking the road and thereby interfering with traffic. The court sentenced him to restriction of freedom.
In November 2022, the preventive measure was tightened and he was transferred to a penal colony.
He was released in May 2023, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.

Roman was arrested and convicted in a criminal case opened after the August 2020 protests in Minsk. He was accused of erecting barricades at the Pushkinskaya metro station, where protester Alexander Taraikovsky died. The only evidence of his guilt was a photograph from his phone. Roman did not admit his guilt.
He was released in the summer of 2024, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.

Alexander was arrested and convicted for participating in protests against the presidential election results in Minsk on August 9–10, 2020. He was accused of blocking roads, erecting barricades, and allegedly “throwing plants from flowerbeds at police officers.”
In mid-April 2022, it became known that Alexander's punishment had been toughened, transferring him to a prison regime for a period of two years.

Artem was arrested on October 19, 2020 and sentenced to three years in prison in an open-type correctional facility for participating in protests against the election results in Minsk in August 2020. In early February 2022, Artem escaped from the correctional facility, but was later arrested again.
In April 2022, the court considered the case of Artem's transfer to a different type of correctional facility and changing the conditions of his sentence. The court ordered that he be sent to a penal colony for nine months.
He was released in March 2023, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.
