Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Gurov Sergei Viktorovich supports the Lukashenko regime and politically motivated repressions. He considered appeals of sentences in politically motivated cases, but did not mitigate them. He left unchanged the sentence against Dmitry Polienko, who was convicted under Part 3 of Article 339 of the Criminal Code and sentenced to three years of restricted freedom without being sent to a correctional facility for using pepper spray to defend himself against violent acts.
