On February 2, 2023, she sentenced lawyer Vitaly Braginets to eight years in a colony under high security conditions. He was accused under four articles of the Criminal Code: Part 3 of Art. 130 (inciting other social hostility or discord), part 3 of Art. 361 (calls for sanctions), part 1 of Art. 361-1 (creation of an extremist formation or participation in it) and Part 1 of Art. 342 (active participation in actions that grossly violate public order).
Rejects complaints about the cancellation of indictments under Article 23.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, despite the presence of witnesses that the administrative decisions of the trial court contain false facts.
Previously, as a judge of the Pervomaisky District Court, she also made decisions against civilians: she tried Andrei Klimov, accused of slander and insulting the former president; against Leonid Mazhalsky for protesting against the construction of a house for special forces in Uruchya; rejected Vladimir Morozov's complaint against the refusal to initiate a criminal case for the fact that disproportionate physical force was used against the man by police officers.
She was on the list of judges proposed for restrictions on entry into the European Union for ruling on the arrests of democratic activists during the 2006 election campaign.

Ruslan is a Belarusian blogger who has been creating videos on social and political topics since 2020. By February 2021, his channel had more than 90,000 subscribers. On February 20, 2021, he was detained and later convicted of “insulting a government official.”
It became known that Ruslan was not released from the colony after his term expired, but was transferred to the pretrial detention center in Kolyadichi. The reasons for the new charges are still unknown.
He was released in June 2025, having served his full sentence.
