Responsible for the criminal inaction of the prosecutor's office and the refusal to initiate criminal cases against law enforcement officers guilty of using violence, damaging property and killing civilians. Involved in the persecution of citizens who expressed disagreement with the Lukashenko regime and spoke out against the falsification of the presidential elections in the Republic of Belarus in 2020. Acted as a state prosecutor in the case of athlete Alexei Kudin, deported from Russia. The man was accused of resisting internal troops with violence. According to the indictment, Kudin struck law enforcement officers Yandola and Zorin during an August protest. The accused agreed that the blows were delivered, but said that he did not strike intentionally, but in self-defense. Even before the trial, Kudin paid compensation to the victims: to the ensign of the internal troops Yandola - 15,000 rubles, to the lieutenant colonel of the internal troops Zorin - 4,000 rubles. The man petitioned to dismiss the case due to reconciliation of the parties, but Yulia Zhuk was against it. As a result, Kudin was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment in a penal colony under general regime. She acted as the state prosecutor in the case of Lyudmila Samak, convicted under Article 368 of the Criminal Code for insulting police officers. Yulia Zhuk requested two years of imprisonment for the woman, but the judge sentenced Lyudmila to one year of imprisonment.
