The accused agreed that the blows were delivered, but said that he did not strike intentionally, but in self-defense. Even before the trial, Kudin paid compensation to the victims: to the ensign of the internal troops Yandola - 15,000 rubles, to the lieutenant colonel of the internal troops Zorin - 4,000 rubles. The man petitioned to dismiss the case due to reconciliation of the parties, but Yulia Zhuk was against it. As a result, Kudin was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment in a penal colony under general regime. She acted as the state prosecutor in the case of Lyudmila Samak, convicted under Article 368 of the Criminal Code for insulting police officers. Yulia Zhuk requested two years of imprisonment for the woman, but the judge sentenced Lyudmila to one year of imprisonment.

Igor was first convicted for unfurling a banner reading, "While there is lawlessness in the country, resistance is our duty," blocking traffic. He was given a large fine.

Later, he was convicted again for insulting the authorities through a comment in the chat "Molodechno for Life" and was assigned a preventive measure in the form of "house arrest". Igor has a disability, as he is missing one leg.

At the end of 2024, it became known that Igor had been detained again and placed in custody. In July 2025, he was convicted under the article "Assistance to extremist activity", sentenced to imprisonment and a large fine.

Dmitry was accused of leaving offensive comments in a Telegram chat in January 2022 regarding the Minsk prosecutor, the captain of the Minsk traffic police, the captain of the Bobruisk OMON police, the judge of the Leninsky District Court of Grodno, a police major, the deputy head of law enforcement and prevention of the Frunzensky District Department of Internal Affairs of Minsk, and OMON police sergeants of the Mogilev Regional Department of Internal Affairs.

He is expected to be released on March 14, 2025.

Sergei was detained in March 2021 in St. Petersburg at the request of the Belarusian prosecutor's office, as he was wanted in a criminal case opened after a protest that took place on June 19, 2020, in Molodechno. He was with several dozen city residents who tried to prevent the detention of participants in the peaceful assembly. Sergei spent six months in a pretrial detention center in Russia, but was then deported to Belarus and convicted of "resisting riot police."

He was released in November 2023, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.

Alexey is a Belarusian MMA fighter, multiple world champion in kickboxing and Thai boxing, and Honored Master of Sports of Belarus. He was detained on August 10, 2020, on the central square in Molodechno. After two weeks in the police department and pretrial detention center, he was released under house arrest. When Alexey failed to appear for his first court hearing on November 19, 2020, he was put on the wanted list.

In January 2021, he was detained in Moscow and six months later extradited to Belarus, despite a ban by the European Court of Human Rights. Alexey was convicted on charges of resisting police officers.

On December 28, 2022, he was released, having fully served his sentence imposed by the court.
