Eugene Sergeevich Hitrik

He was arrested in December 2025, three months after returning to Belarus. He is charged under Part 2 of Article 361-3 of the Criminal Code for two small monetary transfers for humanitarian aid to Belarusian volunteers defending Ukraine as part of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The donations were reportedly made using cryptocurrency.

Alexander Evdakha is a book distributor who runs the website KNIHI.BY, which is currently unavailable.

On March 3, 2026, a coalition of print publishers, including the Kamunikat.org Foundation, Lohvinau Publishing House, and Andrei Yanushkevich Publishing, was added to the Ministry of Internal Affairs' updated list of "extremist groups." The list mentions Yaroslav Ivanyuk, Dmitry Kolos, Igor Logvinov, Vaclav Bogdanovich, Andrei Yanushkevich, and Alexander Yevdakha in connection with this group. The publishers' websites and social media accounts were also added.

This is not the first time Yevdakha has been subjected to repression by the regime. In 2017, he was implicated in the "White Legion" case and spent over three months in pretrial detention. The case fell apart before reaching trial. Previously, in 2012, he was sentenced to a year of house arrest for illegally selling books. In 2021, he was taken in for questioning.

Belarusian translator, literary scholar, and publisher. One of the most renowned popularizers of translated world literature.

Dmitry, the son of literary critic Georgy Kolos and brother of film director and teacher Vladimir Kolos, made a name for himself in the 1980s with his translations from French into Belarusian. Since the 1990s, Kolos has been involved in publishing. The Zmitser Kolas Publishing House is known for publishing world poetry, prose, and plays in the best Belarusian translations.

Dmitry was previously detained by the KGB in early March 2023. However, he was released after 10 days in custody, which he spent in a KGB pretrial detention facility. He has not been charged.

In February 2026, Dmitry was arrested again, amid mass arrests of book publishers and distributors. Dmitry spent 14 days in the Okrestina detention center, after which he was never released. Former head of Intex-Press. Intex-Press was the largest and most successful independent regional media outlet in Belarus, but the authorities crushed it in 2021.

After the authorities liquidated the largest regional publication, Intex-Press, in 2023, Yanukevich and Pokolenko created the regional news portal bar24.by. In December 2024, bar24.by's editorial office and employees' apartments were searched, and some employees were detained.

Yanukevich was sentenced to 14 years in prison and a fine of 135,000 rubles (approximately 40,000 euros), while Pokolenko was sentenced to 12 years in prison and a fine of 45,000 rubles (approximately 13,000 euros). According to the Belarusian Association of Journalists (BAJ ), "there is information about a huge total fine of approximately 200,000 rubles (approximately 60,000 euros)."

The nature of the charges is unknown.

Volodymyr Yanukevich, 65, served as director and editor-in-chief of the independent regional newspaper Intex-Press. Andriy Pokolenko, 44, served as deputy development director for the same media outlet. After the newspaper's closure, they created the news website BAR24. The website went down in January 2025.

Vladimir Yanukovych has previously been persecuted . He was twice tried and fined under the Code of Administrative Offenses for publishing an interview with Tikhanovskaya, and in February 2023, security forces raided the premises of Intex-Press Publishing House.

In addition to the imprisonment and a large fine, as reported by the Belarusian Association of Journalists, “there is information about a huge total fine of approximately 200,000 rubles (approximately 60,000 euros).”

Employees of the Baranovichi media outlet BAR24 were detained in December 2024. Law enforcement officers searched their homes and the city portal's editorial office, seizing equipment. Several were released, while the rest faced criminal charges.

Since 2000, Dmitry has worked as a systems administrator at Belarusian Railways. His job involved configuring network equipment.

Mikhail graduated from the Faculty of Radiophysics and Computer Technology at BSU in 2003. Since 2014, Mikhail has worked as a sole proprietor, providing technical maintenance for office equipment. He also worked as a system administrator for several companies in Minsk.

Mikhail is a football fan. He traveled to various international competitions, including the 2012 European Championship. In September 2024, he vacationed in Egypt. Shortly thereafter, he disappeared from social media.

Alexander's career began in logistics, working as a transport manager at Pinskdrev, then held positions at Belinterlogistik and ElektroEra. He then worked as a purchasing manager at the international company Exide Technologies.

From 2019 to 2022, Sulzhyts worked at Rozum Robotics, where he rose from supply chain manager to head of the robotics automation department. His most recent position was at 4RM Systems (May 2023 – May 2025), where he developed the Stemma AI-powered solution for automating self-checkouts in retail—4RM Systems' self-checkouts are now installed in many Belarusian stores.

The man was an active member of the automotive community.

He has a wife and two children.

For the past 11 years, Sergey has been Deputy Director of Commerce at the Moscow office of Izokom Plast.

For the Dyatlovo region, the Izokom and Izokom Plast group of companies is an important plant. The enterprise grew out of an abandoned timber frame factory and has grown into a giant, employing 270 people—a significant number for a regional center.

They produce flexible insulated pipes that are exported to Russia and used in government programs. In 2025, when Sergei was already under investigation, the company received the "Energy Efficiency Leader" award.
