The Investigative Committee has released details of a criminal case against two people: 42-year-old political prisoner Andrei Yaroshevich and his 36-year-old business partner.

According to security officials, Yaroshevich allegedly collected information about Novopolotsk Colony No. 1, including the personal data of its employees and the conditions of inmates' detention. According to the Investigative Committee, all of this was done for Belpol.

Furthermore, Yaroshevich and his business partner allegedly used their company to finance the "extremist groups" Terra Group Event and SSL Production. Anatoly Kotov worked for the Warsaw-based Terra Group before his mysterious disappearance.

According to the propagandists, Buzhilov is accused, among other things, of "financing extremism" (Article 361-2 of the Criminal Code).

Yegor coordinated the production of Bielaruskicry jewelry—pendants, earrings, and charms. He was accused of giving one of the pieces to Svetlana Tikhanovskaya.

It is known that before his arrest, Dmitry lived in Minsk and worked as a programmer. He also periodically taught programming at the Belarusian State University in the Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. Before his arrest, Dmitry did not work anywhere, since he became "unreliable" for the university, and many IT companies left Belarus, so there was no work for him with his high qualifications. He did not want to leave, because at that time he was caring for his elderly mother. During the investigation of Dmitry, she died.

43-year-old Evgeny was sentenced for sociological research on COVID-19 in Belarus.

Earlier, the Investigative Committee reported details of the prosecution of Krasnyansky. The agency claimed that the man prepared a study for one of the foreign organizations containing "deliberately false information about the country's health policy in terms of measures taken to combat coronavirus infection." It is known that two women were detained along with Yevgeny Krasnyansky: Minsk residents aged 37 and 43. They allegedly conducted a sociological study on the presence of advantages among citizens in the development of the country through integration with the countries of the European Union. In order to arrive at the desired result, the women allegedly interviewed representatives of the focus group who had "a deliberately negative attitude towards the existing political system and constitutional order in the state." The sentences for the women are unknown.

Anna graduated from the Faculty of Mass Sports at the Belarusian State University of Physical Education in 2019. She worked as a coach and teacher at the Burevestnik Olympic Reserve School in Minsk.

In 2014, Anna competed in the 2nd Summer Youth Olympic Games, where she jumped 3.80 m and placed fourth overall. For this achievement, she received a scholarship from the National Olympic Committee.

She was likely detained in connection with the "Gayun case." On the "list of extremists" maintained by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, her status is listed as "serving a sentence." This means she was sentenced to either a penal colony with a referral or a prison colony.

Vadim had recently been living in Minsk, where he was detained shortly after the arrest of his brother, Ales . He was initially charged with "insulting Lukashenko," but could face other charges.

In February 2026, it became known that a second criminal case had been opened against Vadim. Details are unknown.

He returned home from abroad and was taken into custody in late September-early October 2024. He came home to renew his passport. He was charged with "deliberate actions aimed at inciting national, religious, and other social hatred and discord," "dissemination of materials containing public calls for the seizure of state power, ..., and other actions aimed at harming the national security of the Republic of Belarus," "insulting a government official," and "insulting Lukashenko."

Arkady was ultimately sentenced to five years in a maximum-security penal colony and a fine of 500 basic units. He was also ordered to pay 5,000 rubles in "moral damages" to Andrey Ivanovich Shvets.
