Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Shchetkina Yulia Vladimirovna supports the Lukashenko regime and politically motivated repressions. She found Vladislav Lagoiko guilty under Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code and sentenced him to two years and six months of restriction of freedom without sending him to an open correctional facility. The man was accused of participating in a protest and entering the roadway during it. She found Vladislav Muravsky guilty of insulting government officials in connection with the performance of their official duties under Article 369 of the Criminal Code, threatening violence against a judge under Article 389 of the Criminal Code and publicly insulting Lukashenko under Part 1 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code. Shchetkina sentenced the man to restriction of freedom with a transfer to an open correctional facility for a period of four years with a fine of 100 basic units.
