Acted as a public prosecutor in politically motivated cases. Acted as a public prosecutor in a criminal case under Part 2 of Article 293 of the Criminal Code against 14 Pinsk political prisoners who are accused of participating in mass riots on the night of August 9-10 in Pinsk. The victims in the case were 109 police officers and officials, who in total demanded about 530 thousand rubles in compensation from the political prisoners. The Pinsk police officers justified their moral suffering by the fact that they "experienced fear, humiliation, pain and shame, because of the events they experienced they lost sleep, peace and appetite, experienced and experience anxiety." Daineko asked the court to sentence the accused to five and a half to six and a half years in prison. He acted as a public prosecutor in the case of Alexander Glazyrin, who was charged under Article 369 of the Criminal Code - Insulting a government official. The man was sentenced to two years of restricted freedom without being sent to a correctional facility. Alexander is guilty of identifying a law enforcement officer who was groundlessly detaining two citizens. He acted as a public prosecutor against Alexander Shandyba, Vladislav Ershov, Daria Polyakova, Valentin Kolba and others.
