Alexey Kiselyov was detained from Verkhnedvinsk in the criminal case of the “Personnel Reserve for New Belarus”. His “repentance” video was published on the morning of March 13 by a propaganda telegram channel. Alexey is an employee of the Verkhnedvinsk regional executive committee.
On February 14, the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case against representatives and participants of the “Personnel Reserve for New Belarus” initiative announced by the Joint Transitional Cabinet. The trial, which lasted from February 9, found Degterenko guilty of “joining an extremist formation” and under Part 3 of Art. 361-1 of the Criminal Code, he was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of three years.
