Maxim was found guilty of criminal defamation. According to the charges, on September 14, 2020, he used his mobile phone to post personal information about Brest OMON commander Maxim Mikhovich on a regional Telegram channel. The prosecution alleges that the published information was accompanied by text "containing slanderous, false, and defamatory information about the police officer."
Vladislav was found guilty in March 2021 of insulting a government official for posting flyers on residential buildings on Moskovskaya and Orlovskaya Streets in Brest. According to the charges, the flyers contained photographs of police officers and texts "contrary to universal morality" and "written in an obscene manner."
