In December 2021, it became known that Taspaev was sentenced to two years of house arrest for "slander" (Article 188 of the Criminal Code). According to the court schedule, over the past six months, he has been tried twice on administrative charges - for violating animal welfare rules in May 2023 and for violating the procedure for holding mass events in May 2024.
Stanislav's trial, but this time on a criminal case, will begin on October 4, 2024, in the Myadel District Court. As reported by the press service of the prosecutor's office, Stanislav is the administrator of the YouTube channel "Initiative of the Resort Naroch" (recognized as extremist on June 12, 2024), in which "from March 2017 to July 2024, in 36 messages on video recordings, he disseminated deliberately false information about the political, economic and social situation of the Republic of Belarus, the legal status of its citizens, the activities of state bodies, discrediting the country before an unlimited number of people."
The man is fond of photography, and this was one of his sources of income. He also earns money by providing computer services. Stanislav was also a district coordinator of the IT-Country project, which was financed by the IT company Belhard. In addition to his work, Stanislav dealt with environmental issues in Myadel and its environs, and protected nature.

Andrei, an activist from Vileika, was arrested on August 9, 2021, and sentenced to administrative arrest, which he served in detention centers in Vileika and Smolevichi. He received a total of 90 days of administrative arrest, which he served under harsh conditions. He was then transferred to the Okrestina temporary detention center and then to a pretrial detention center for the criminal case.
In February 2022, he was found guilty of "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or actively participating in them" and sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony.
He was released in July 2023, having fully served his sentence.
In October 2023, he was arrested again for 15 days for congratulating Ukraine on Independence Day on TikTok. The Vileika District Court classified it as "unauthorized picketing."
On February 15, 2024, Andrei went silent. It was later revealed that he was being held in a local temporary detention facility, serving 15 days of administrative arrest. However, he was not released after serving his sentence, as he was detained in connection with a criminal case opened under the article "discrediting the Republic of Belarus."
In July 2024, he was convicted again and sentenced to imprisonment and ordered to pay a large fine.
He was convicted under two articles of the criminal code. In 2025, a court hearing was held regarding his transfer to a different type of correctional facility and a change in the prison conditions.
He was released in February 2026.

Rico Krieger was found guilty of “committing an explosion in order to influence decision-making by authorities, intimidate the population, destabilize public order (an act of terrorism), committed by a person who had previously committed a crime under Part 4 of Art. 295 of the Criminal Code, by an organized group, that is, in the commission of a crime under Part 3 of Art. 289 of the Criminal Code."
Based on it, Krieger was given an exceptional punishment in the form of death penalty (execution).
Human rights activists also learned that the case of the military doctor concerns the Kalinovsky regiment, namely its structural unit, the foreign mechanized battalion "Western".
It is known that the man left behind a minor child in Germany. It is also noted that at the moment there is no information whether the verdict was appealed or protested, and whether it entered into legal force.

On March 17, 2025, a hearing was held in the Volkovysk District Court “on the establishment of preventive supervision.”
According to human rights activists, Vasily was released in April 2025, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.
Sergei was arrested on March 23, 2021, for standing up for his mother when OMON and GUBOPiK were violently detaining her in her own apartment. He was convicted of "threatening to use violence against an internal affairs officer."
In 2024, on the day of his release, he was rearrested, and in July of that year he was re-convicted under the article “malicious disobedience to the demands of the administration of a correctional institution” - an article under which prisoners are tried for refusing to cooperate with the administration and for fictitious violations.

Nikita was arrested and convicted of throwing a Molotov cocktail at military personnel on August 10, 2020, according to investigators. The prosecution claimed the bottles were hidden and given to him by Leonid Kovalev with the intention of setting fire to a building, bus, or police van. Nikita refused to testify, denied guilt, and reported physical and psychological pressure in pretrial detention. He was 16 years old at the time of his arrest and suffers from epilepsy.
In July 2021, he was convicted again under the article on "violence or threat of violence" for an incident with pretrial detention facility staff. In June 2022, Nikita was transferred to an adult prison colony upon turning 18, and in August of that year, his sentence was increased, relegating him to a prison regime.
In July 2024, the political prisoner was tried for "malicious disobedience to the prison administration"—a charge often applied to prisoners who refuse to cooperate with the administration.
On March 19, 2026, he was released after another visit to Minsk by US President Donald Trump's special representative, John Cole, and taken to Lithuania.
