Oksana Zaretskaya’s father has health problems, Bogdan is raising a child with a disability.

According to human rights activists, Oksana felt unwell after the verdict was announced and was hospitalized. The woman spent at least three days in a coma, and after some time she was returned to Volodarka. The pre-trial detention center doctors did not provide proper medical care to Zaretskaya, and did not even take valerian for her in the packages from her relatives.

Alexey Ilyinchik is a Gomel bard and musician.

In the spring of 2022, the man had a stroke, so Alexey had to spend several months in the hospital, since rehabilitation after the illness was problematic and the right side of the body was paralyzed.

Alexey was detained on August 18, 2022, the reason remained unknown for a long time, since the man only had a state lawyer who did not contact any of his relatives or friends.

On March 28, 2023, the Gomel Regional Court issued a final verdict in the case of Alexey. He was charged with slander against Alexander Lukashenko (Part 2 of Article 367 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus), insulting the president (Part 1 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus) and inciting other social hatred or discord (Part 1 of Article 130 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus).

During his stay in SIZO-3 and in the penal colony, Alexey's health deteriorated. His right hand is almost useless, his speech apparatus is damaged, so he speaks with difficulty. He also cannot write letters on his own. On 10/1/2023, it was known that Alexey Ilyinchik was placed in the neurological department of the Republican Hospital, which is located on the territory of Pre-trial Detention Center No. 1 in Minsk.
