Loader of the Gomel winery. Dmitry did not participate in any political protests against the current government of the Republic of Belarus, but on the contrary, he participated in a bike ride in support of Lukashenko and took part as a vigilante on his day off at the elections in 2020.

Dmitry Malashenko was put on trial for comments: «It's scarier in the country than in Somalia»; and: «If I had a gun and such people would break down to me, I would also defend my house, if only I made barricades»; under a post with a video of the detention and murder of IT specialist Andrei Zeltser in a public in the social network vk.com. During the trial, Dmitry first pleaded guilty in full, but during the trial it turned out that in fact the man watched only a piece of the video, because he was going to work and in a hurry, he did not read the news and took the people who opened Zeltser's apartment for criminals, therefore he wrote such a comment. Dmitry Malashenko also did not admit that he could discredit law enforcement officers in general and specifically those who entered the apartment in this way, but just expressed his personal opinion, to which he has the right.

According to human rights activists, he was released.
