Margarita was a long-time member of the Liberal Democratic Party of Belarus. She was on Sergei Gaidukevich's initiative group during the 2010 presidential election, and in 2014, she ran for the party's seat on the Minsk City Council—and, naturally, lost. She hasn't appeared in public since.

Andrei Loboda is 54 years old. He is a resident of Minsk and graduated from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (then the Minsk Radiotechnical Institute) in 1993. Since then, he has worked in the banking sector.

At the end of May 2024, state media reported the detention of two Belarusian citizens at the Belarusian-Lithuanian border: one of them was on the international wanted list and was attempting to illegally cross the border into Lithuania, the other was a driver.

In a "confession video," Alexander admitted that in 2021 he left comments "approving" of the actions of Andrei Zeltser, who died in a shootout with KGB officer Dmitry Fedosyuk. Alexander is known to have lived in the United States for a long time.

Earlier, Yevgeny Olegovich Kotlyarov became known for the fact that his denunciations became the basis for the charges against several Gomel residents under administrative and criminal articles, including he was a witness in the case of human rights activist Leonid Sudalenko .
