Convicted for reposting a picture showing a tombstone with a portrait of Lukashenko. For such "willfulness", Alexandra was found guilty of "insulting Lukashenko". The sentence was handed down by Judge Alesya Parfenenko. Alexandra will serve her sentence in a general regime.
During the trial, the defendant said that she found the text under the aforementioned picture funny, so she gave it a "like" and reposted it.
The sentence has come into force.
She was released in December 2023, having fully served her sentence as determined by the court.
Mikhail Stolyarchuk was convicted under Article 358-1 of the Criminal Code (intelligence activities). He is a Ukrainian citizen. His nephew, Dmitry Gudik, was also charged in the case. According to the prosecution, they had been collecting data on military equipment and facilities in Belarus on behalf of the Security Service of Ukraine since 2018. Igor Dirko was also detained with them, but instead of being prosecuted, he was deported from Belarus.

He was pardoned on November 22, 2025, along with 31 other Ukrainian citizens. A Polish citizen was convicted of "intelligence activities" in the Republic of Belarus. In April 2023, Jerzy turned 58 years old. He comes from a border village near Bialystok, and has lived in Belarus since the 90s - he moved to Grodno after getting married. Until the verdict, his relatives were sure that this was a mistake and Jerzy would be released. The relatives of the accused still cannot understand how he attracted the attention of the security forces.
On June 21, 2025, Jerzy was released after a visit to Minsk by US President Donald Trump's special representative, Keith Kellogg.
Denis was charged with "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or actively participating in them" and was sentenced in April 2023 to a restricted freedom sentence. According to the charges, on the night of August 9-10, 2020, Denis, along with others, actively violated public order, disobeyed police orders, walked onto the roadway, and obstructed public transportation.
According to human rights activists, he was released in the summer of 2025, having fully served his sentence.
