Zhanna was arrested on May 11, 2023, right at School No. 63, where she had come to meet her child's teacher. In October of that year, she was convicted on several criminal charges, including "inciting hatred."
According to media reports, during the 2020 protests, police detained her on administrative charges.
According to human rights activists, Zhanna was expected to be released in the winter of 2026.
According to the case materials , in February 2022, she posted a comment that "insulted and humiliated the honor and dignity" of Podvoisky, Melnik, and Kozlov and "was aimed at undermining the authority of government officials." After the publication of a video on the CyberSlivy Telegram channel with a leaked telephone conversation between Podvoisky, Melnik, and Kozlov from September 2020, which became evidence that the police were telling judges what decisions to make for participants in peaceful protests. Convicted for reposting a picture showing a tombstone with a portrait of Lukashenko. For such "willfulness", Alexandra was found guilty of "insulting Lukashenko". The sentence was handed down by Judge Alesya Parfenenko. Alexandra will serve her sentence in a general regime.
During the trial, the defendant said that she found the text under the aforementioned picture funny, so she gave it a "like" and reposted it.

Mikhail Stolyarchuk was convicted under Article 358-1 of the Criminal Code (intelligence activities). He is a Ukrainian citizen. His nephew, Dmitry Gudik, was also charged in the case. According to the prosecution, they had been collecting data on military equipment and facilities in Belarus on behalf of the Security Service of Ukraine since 2018. Igor Dirko was also detained with them, but instead of being prosecuted, he was deported from Belarus.

A Polish citizen was convicted of "intelligence activities" in the Republic of Belarus. In April 2023, Jerzy turned 58 years old. He comes from a border village near Bialystok, and has lived in Belarus since the 90s - he moved to Grodno after getting married. Until the verdict, his relatives were sure that this was a mistake and Jerzy would be released. Denis was charged with "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or actively participating in them" and was sentenced in April 2023 to a restricted freedom sentence.
