On the evening of June 28, 2024, sudden information appeared about the release of five political prisoners from Belarusian colonies. The Ukrainian authorities achieved the release of their exchange citizens as prisoners. Nikolay admitted his guilt in the commission of the acts incriminated to him in full at the court hearing, did not deny the authorship of the texts and messages that he left on the social network vk.ru and facebook.com.

Alexander was detained on June 28, 2021, and his home was searched. He was released after seven days of administrative arrest, but was detained again under a criminal article.

It is known about Anton that he is 29 years old, enjoys football and, judging by his social networks, supports the English club «Liverpool». And the man is not just a football fan — on his vk.com page you can find a photo where Anton himself plays on the field. And in the archived match data, it can be found that from at least 2015 to 2019, he played for the Brest amateur club «Smena».

At the trial, it was about Anton's Internet activity. According to the accusation, the man posted a video with Alexander Lukashenko on Storis and accompanied it with an insulting one-word inscription.

Lyudmila is a resident of the Krupsky district, she has tuberculosis, has chronic alcoholism and several criminal records.

On the day of her detention on September 19, 2021, she was traveling to an infectious diseases hospital to be treated for tuberculosis. At the railway station in Molodechno, a woman was sitting on a bench and drinking alcohol when police officers approached her. In front of them, she started shouting that Lukashenko is a goat, pays his policemen who do nothing. This was recorded by video recording devices used by police officers.

Disagreeing with the punishment imposed due to its leniency, the Cherikov District Prosecutor filed an appeal. By decision of the Criminal Cases Panel of the Mogilev Regional Court, Ivanov was given a more severe punishment.

According to human rights activists , he was released on February 25, 2024, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.

At the end of October 2022, six men were detained in Minsk for allegedly hanging a sewn white-red-white flag along with the flag of Ukraine on power line supports in Minsk on October 7. These are Igor Tepteev, Yuri Nesterenko, Victor Grinko, Valery Balabeshko, Vladimir Savelyev, Igor Tikach. Only the next day a post appeared on Anton Mot’s Telegram channel with a photo of the flag and the caption: “Minsk residents congratulate the Ukrainian people on the wonderful news from the Crimean bridge. Crime is Ukraine! Long live Belarus! Glory to Ukraine!”

It is reported that it was Yuri who took the photo, which later appeared in Anton Motolko’s tg channel. But Yuri himself said that he sent the photo only to a friendly chat.

Dmitry Malashenko also did not admit that he could discredit law enforcement officers in general and specifically those who entered the apartment in this way, but just expressed his personal opinion, to which he has the right.
