She was found guilty of calling a special police telephone line from her partner’s phone on April 26, 2022 and “in an obscene form” expressing an insult towards Lukashenko. In the view of the prosecution, by doing this she publicly humiliated his authority, honor and dignity.
On December 20, 2022, the appeal was considered and the verdict came into force.
According to human rights activists, she will be released in the winter of 2024 after fully serving the sentence imposed by the court.

1,5 years of imprisonment in a penal colony of general regime.
According to the charge, she left offensive comments and made threats against 50 officials: judges, prosecutors, employees of internal affairs bodies, state security, investigative bodies, members of precinct election commissions.
It is known that the prosecutor asked for two years of imprisonment for the 54 year old woman, but judge Dmitry Korsyuk imposed a harsher punishment - three years in a penal colony.

At the end of 2020, he left a comment in the telegram channel that humiliated the dignity of Interior Minister Yuri Karayev. Also, according to the prosecution's version, Larin left a comment about Lukashenko — the post was found offensive. And on February 24, 2022, Larin spoke about a special military operation in the courtyard telegram chat of the Malinovka microdistrict. The comments themselves were not voiced at the trial.
At the trial, the political prisoner admitted his guilt and confirmed that he had indeed left comments.

Polina is the wife of political prisoner journalist Dmitry Luksha, who is being held behind bars under the same articles (complicity in discrediting the Republic of Belarus and active participation in group actions that grossly violate public order). Mikhail was immediately sentenced to 15 days in the court of the Frunzensky district of Minsk under Article 19.11 of the Administrative Code. After that, he was charged under part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus and transferred to the pre-trial detention center-1.
On November 3, 2022, the Ministry of Justice deprived Mikhail of his license due to disciplinary penalties and for committing offenses incompatible with the title of a lawyer.
In June 2023 he was released after the expiration of the sentence.
Ivar has been in custody since 25 April. He was accused of leaving Ivar on August 28, 2020, in a state of alcoholic intoxication, according to the court, an offensive comment in Odnoklassniki under the photo of the deputy head of the police department for ideological work and staffing. The man fully admitted his guilt and repented of his deed.
Also, monetary compensation for non-pecuniary damage in the amount of 1,000 rubles was recovered from Ivar.
