According to the materials of the prosecution , Vadim Myakinnik, near the administrative building of one of the secondary schools in Minsk, saw a red-green flag on a metal bracket on the wall at the main entrance. Grabbing the flag with his hand, he tore it off the bracket, after which, holding in his right hand the staff with the cloth displaced on it, he disappeared and headed in an unknown direction, thereby publicly humiliating the state symbol. These actions were recorded by a surveillance camera.
The educational institution suffered damage in the amount of 25 rubles 20 kopecks.

Aleksandr Osipovich is now 48 years old. He is a product of the Minsk Dynamo youth system. At the adult level, Osipovich first played for the Dynamo farm team in D2, from where he was called up to the youth team (he eventually played 15 matches there). He made his debut for the main team of the "white-blues" in mid-1997 - he began to appear regularly in the lineup, and the team won the championship title. Later in his career, he played for Lithuanian "Zalgiris", Polish "Zagłębie", as well as other clubs in Belarus and neighboring countries. After finishing his career, Osipovich became a football agent and also worked as a "football tutor".
At the end of 2022, Alexander was detained by "security forces" in Minsk. Later, human rights activists managed to find out that on January 9, 2023, Osipovich was "tried" under the article under which they punished for "insulting" Alexander Lukashenko (now they have added his family members there). The "sentence" was passed by Oleg Kalyada, who has more than one "political" case under his belt.
According to human rights activists, he has already been released.

A member of the Belarusian free software community and one of the creators of the scientific and educational samizdat "Pamylka," Yuri Adamov studied theoretical physics at BSU, received his PhD in the UK, and conducted research in American laboratories and universities.
According to provincial media, he was arrested for making 24 "donations" to the extremist groups "BySol" and "ByHelp" totaling $1,590. A criminal case has now been opened.
In November 2027, he was released , having fully served his sentence.

The Rogachev District Court ruled that Yulia posted messages and videos on her public Instagram page that "contained insults directed at the president."
On December 2, 2023, she was released after serving her full sentence as assigned by the court.
In January, during the pre-election raids, Yulia Kostyuchenko was detained again and tried on January 22 under Part 2 of Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses for allegedly distributing "extremist materials." On February 5, Yulia Kostyuchenko's second trial took place under Part 2 of Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. Most likely, Yulia was held in custody the entire time, and her administrative arrest was simply extended, first for 15 days, and then again on February 5. In total, Yulia spent 90 days in the temporary detention facility, after which she was transferred to Pretrial Detention Center No. 3.
On April 3, 2025, the KGB of Belarus designated the social media page "X" titled "What's Going On" as an "extremist group." The KGB named Yulia Viktorovna Kostyuchenko, born August 5, 1995, as a member of this "group."
According to the case materials , Olga Ivanchenko posted on her Odnoklassniki page in the public domain “text with an image containing deliberately false fabrications that disgrace Alexander Lukashenko, humiliate his honor and dignity, and are aimed at undermining his authority and creating a negative image.”
In addition, the woman posted “comments with a negative assessment of him, containing obscene language” under the post with an image of Alexander Lukashenko.
Olga has an autism spectrum disorder . After her arrest, she was held for about a month at the Republican Scientific and Practical Center for Mental Health in Novinki.
On 20.06.2023, the appeal was considered and the verdict came into force.
According to human rights activists, she will be released in the fall of 2024.

A 65-year-old businessman from the Gomel region was detained for anti-war messages insulting Lukashenko.
During the Soviet era, he studied in the Ukrainian city of Krivoy Rog, worked at Mozyrpromstroy, and in 1992, together with friends, founded the company "Lotus", of which he is still a co-owner.
Starotitorov received letters of gratitude from the executive committee and the Orthodox Church and was included in the list of the best entrepreneurs of the Gomel region.
On 10.11.2023, the appeal was heard. The verdict came into force.
On November 28, 2023, he was added to the KGB's "terrorist list". On January 18, 2024, Pyotrwas removedfrom the "terrorist list".
He was pardoned in January 2025.
