Sergei is a military pensioner with the rank of lieutenant colonel. It is known that he participated in protests - he was detained at the Sunday march on November 8, 2020. He was stripped of his military rank by Alexander Lukashenko.
During the trial, it was established that in January 2021, Sergei posted comments with insults against Lukashenko, as well as an employee of his Security Service, on one of the “extremist” Telegram channels.
The judge imposed a sentence of imprisonment for a period of one year in a colony. But the Bobruisk district prosecutor filed an appeal.
The protest was satisfied in full - the final sentence of imprisonment for the totality of crimes was increased to two years.

The young man was charged with the fact that on February 27, 2022, he sent a video of a military aircraft to the telegram bot. Since this video was posted on the telegram channel recognized as extremist in the Republic of Belarus, these actions were qualified under Part 1 of Article 361-4 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (Support of extremist activity).

Vladimir was detained on June 23 for administrative reasons. As a result, under two articles, 19.10 and 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus, he received 10 days of arrest.
However, he was not released on July 3 and was detained for another 72 hours. On July 5, he was charged with criminal charges.
According to Vladimir’s relatives, a criminal case was opened for liking comments that were regarded as insulting the honor and dignity of Alexander Lukashenko and Defense Minister Viktor Khrenin.
On November 24, 2022, an appeal hearing was held and the verdict entered into force.
According to human rights activists, he will be released in the spring of 2024, having fully served the sentence imposed by the court.

Convicted for a comment in a chat about Lukashenka: “Stupid idiot, he will burn in hell.” He was released at the end of April-beginning of May 2023 at the end of his term.
He was forced to leave for Russia due to political persecution in 2020, but due to an expired passport and the outbreak of war, he returned to Belarus in May 2022.
It is known that in September and November 2020, the man posted offensive information on the Telegram channel and Viber messenger against Lukashenko, as well as the Minister of Internal Affairs, who at that time was Yuri Karaev.
According to human rights activists, he will be released in the spring of 2024 , having fully served the sentence imposed by the court.
