Under the post, which claimed that the policeman fabricated administrative cases, Zhikharevich's comment used the nickname "Spit". It was also said at the trial that in May 2021, Alexander Zhikharevich was sentenced to 2.5 years in an open colony for threatening violence against a law enforcement officer. However, the details of this case were not mentioned at the trial. In conjunction with the Minsk sentence, by absorbing part of the term, Zhikharevich will have to spend 2 years and 8 months in “chemistry” - this is taking into account the fact that from March 2 to May 14 he was kept in an isolation ward.
