Detained under Articles 130, 368 and 369 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.

On June 10, 2022, Judge Elena Shilk found Ivan guilty and sentenced him to four years in a general regime penal colony. He was soon transferred from Pre-trial Detention Center No. 1 to Mogilev Prison No. 4.

At the end of September, Ivan was transferred to Correctional Colony No. 2 in Bobruisk, and soon to Brest Pretrial Detention Center No. 7. In December, the political prisoner was transferred to Pretrial Detention Center No. 1.

On December 29, 2022, the Frunzensky District Court of Minsk considered Ivan's case under Article 391 of the Criminal Code (insulting a judge). It is known that the trial was conducted by Judge Anna Skuratovich and the final sentence of the political prisoner has not changed.

In January 2023, Ivan was transferred from Pre-trial Detention Center No. 1 to Mogilev Prison No. 4.

At the beginning of 2024 he was transferred to Penal Colony No. 1.

On January 30, 2025, he served his full sentence and was released.

Pavel was detained in March 2021 by traffic police on a highway near Minsk, where leaflets, newspapers and stickers were found in his car; according to the Investigative Committee, "thousands of copies of protest newspapers, stickers with unregistered symbols and leaflets" were seized. The department immediately after his detention called him the administrator of the Telegram channel "Atolino".

At the time of his arrest, Pavel worked for a private advertising company and was previously a video engineer on television. In 2020, he was part of the campaign staff of presidential candidate Viktor Babariko.

In January 2022, he was convicted on charges of producing and distributing protest printed materials (leaflets, stickers, newspapers), as well as participating in Sunday marches that took place in Minsk in August–September 2020.

According to human rights activists, he was released in October 2024, having fully served his sentence imposed by the court.

A homeless man from Minsk was detained for "repeated violations of mass events." It is known about Kutas that he was thrown 10 times for a "day" under Art. 24.23 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (unauthorized picketing) in 2021. The protocols for him were drawn up for posters, on which the flag of the BSSR was usually painted and requests for help were written. But one day he was detained for a BCHB poster with the text: "Vyarnitsa me zyatsinstvo, youth me yarnitsa, and the first kahanna. Forget the lager and long live the People's Republic of Belarus." It is known that Kutas spent 22 years in prison.

Details of the release were revealed to CNN by Chris Smith, US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Europe.

"It was a special operation: we crossed the Belarusian border, met with authorities in Minsk, who handed over three detainees to us. We picked them up and took them through Lithuania." According to Smith, it was a "unilateral gesture" by the Belarusian authorities, seeking to improve relations with the United States.

"Lukashenko received nothing in return," he noted.
