Nikita was convicted in December 2023 of "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or actively participating in them" and sentenced to restricted freedom in an open facility. He pleaded not guilty at trial, explaining that he came to Sovetskaya Square on his way to the store, saw a crowd with white-red-white and red-green symbols, and assumed it was a rally in support of Lukashenko, so he joined. According to the case file, a photograph of him with the national flag was found on a Telegram channel, and a video recording of the march with white-red-white symbols was also presented, which the prosecution considers evidence of his participation.
Denis was accused of writing an offensive comment about Lukashenko while working on a commuter train, according to the court, under a Telegram post. His assistant driver, questioned in court, confirmed that Denis had not mentioned this to him. He was held in custody prior to the trial, but after the verdict was announced, he was released in the courtroom pending the decision, and his phone was confiscated as an "instrument of committing a crime."
The detained Raisa Shcherbin is 37 years old. She works in one of the capital's fitness clubs. She also does body fitness. Participates in competitions.
She was detained for leaving comments in telegram chats. Previously, her telegram account was called by one letter. She recently changed the account name to her own username, and also put her photo and opened the Belarusian number to which it is registered.
