Sergei was arrested in August 2021 for displaying a sign reading "Usurper" in a public place and was remanded in custody pending trial.

In November 2021, he was found guilty of slandering Lukashenko and sentenced to restricted freedom in an open correctional facility.

In the spring of 2023, a court hearing was held to discuss increasing his sentence.

He was released in early 2024, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.

In April 2024, it was announced that Sergei had been tried again. According to the charges, on April 7, 2024, he stood with a poster at the entrance to the Miory District Administration building. The exact words on the poster are unknown. At the court hearing on April 10, Sergei confirmed that he had indeed been holding the poster. As a result, he was sentenced to 15 days of administrative arrest.

Emma was arrested in September 2021 in connection with a criminal case opened for online comments following the deaths of KGB officer Dmitry Fedosyuk and IT specialist Andrei Zeltser in Minsk.

Mikhail, a livestock guard from the Miory district, was convicted in August 2021 of insulting Lukashenko for a video he posted on the social media site Odnoklassniki. According to the prosecution, in the video, he used a negative word and obscene language toward Lukashenko, damaging his honor and dignity, aimed at undermining his authority, and creating a negative image.

According to human rights activists, he was released in February 2023, having fully served his sentence imposed by the court.
