Natalia was accused of making a repost on her publication page with the personal data of an employee of the internal affairs bodies. The woman also posted a photo of the security officer with her own comment about the crimes committed by him. The court decided that the information in the comment was deliberately false and discredited the employee in the eyes of society.
According to human rights activists, she was released upon expiration of her sentence.

After the trial, it became known that another case was opened against Denis for participating in protests in 2020.
In May 2023, it became known that a new criminal case had been opened against Denis under Art. 342 part 1 and transferred to pre-trial detention center-1. On November 17, 2023, an appeal hearing was held and the second verdict came into force.

Oleg was arrested in connection with a criminal case opened for online comments following the deaths of KGB officer Dmitry Fedosyuk and IT specialist Andrei Zeltser in Minsk. In November 2022, he was sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony.
According to human rights activists, he was released in the summer of 2023, having fully served his sentence.
According to the materials of the criminal case, Alexei Mikhnyuk from an unidentified device in extremist chats on Telegram repeatedly posted messages that contradicted universal morality, and at the same time containing statements expressed in an indecent form, humiliating the honor and dignity of Alexander Lukashenko. The accused also posted insults against the press secretary of the head of the presidential administration, Natalya Eismont.
During the trial, Mikhnyuk admitted his guilt in his crime and repented.
According to human rights activists, he will be released in the spring of 2024 , having fully served the sentence imposed by the court.

At the beginning of the trial, Sergei Matyukhevich was charged under two articles of the Criminal Code for messages on the Internet. However, under Article 369 of the Criminal Code, the judge released the man from punishment: the statute of limitations had expired. But under Part 1 of Article 130 of the Criminal Code, Sergei was found guilty.
As the prosecutor reported in a video broadcast by state media, Matyukhevich was accused of using his phone and the Internet to incite citizens to use violence against security forces on July 15, 2020.
On 13.01.2023, the appeal was heard and the verdict came into force.
Sergei has two young sons. The youngest was born while Sergei was in prison awaiting trial.
According to the materials of the prosecution, Mikhail Nemtsov on January 5, 2022, using an iPhone mobile phone, posted a message in the Telegram messenger, which contained an obviously negative assessment of persons serving in the army and internal troops of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus. These assessments are related to the events in Kazakhstan, when there were unrest and the death of peaceful protesters. In the publication, according to the investigation, Mikhail used profanity, called for violent actions against the specified group of persons.
In addition, on January 6, 2022, the accused posted a message on the Internet in which he humiliated the honor and dignity of A.G. Lukashenko.
