Boris was arrested in June 2021 as part of a criminal case opened over the events of August 2020. He was convicted of participating in a protest that took place on August 9, 2020, in Grodno after the results of the presidential election were announced. Boris was sentenced to restriction of freedom with referral to a correctional facility, he was released from custody in the courtroom before the verdict came into force.
Boris is characterized as a very kind and sympathetic person who always helps others and cannot refuse anyone.

In February 2025, as part of a special proceeding against Boris, a court hearing was held in absentia to replace the restriction of freedom with imprisonment in a penal colony.

👉 foul language
👉 discussion of the circumstances of the criminal case
