According to the indictment, Yevgeny Kladov posted an image on his profile wall on the social network Odnoklassniki that contradicts universal morality and accepted social norms of behavior, thereby publicly and intentionally humiliating Lukashenko's honor and dignity in connection with the exercise of his powers, expressed in an indecent manner. At the court hearing, Kladov essentially pleaded not guilty.
It is known that Evgeniy was not released after serving his first sentence, but was charged with new offenses, declared a "terrorist," and convicted again.
