On January 13, 2025, Irina was charged under Article 19.11 of the Criminal Code in the Novobelitsky District Court of Gomel. She was likely sentenced to 24 hours of detention, but was not released, as a criminal case had been opened against her under the articles "creation of or participation in an extremist group," "insulting Lukashenko," and "discrediting the Republic of Belarus."
