According to the prosecution , Svetlana Krivitskaya, having previously agreed with Bedunka, took part in the Sunday march in Minsk, while “she was and moved along the roadway of Independence Avenue, disobeyed the legal demands of the police, blocked and obstructed the path of vehicles, as a result of which the above actions entailed disruption of public transport, causing material damage in the amount of 5,980 rubles.”
There are four such episodes in the case, and the final amount of damage to her and other protest participants was 85,000 rubles.

The basis of the verdict as evidence of Baranovsky’s guilt was an “operational survey” during an examination of the phone, as a result of which subscriptions to “extremist” telegram channels and photographs from the protest rally were found.
At the trial, Andrei admitted guilt, but refused to testify.
