According to the prosecution , Igor Kotov, at the beginning of August 2020, repeatedly posted and kept freely available in a Telnegram group, later recognized as extremist, text messages with diagrams of the movement of internal affairs officers throughout the territory of Minsk for the purpose of organizing group actions that grossly violated public order .
The accused Kotov, interrogated at the court hearing, told the court that due to communication interruptions, after the presidential elections, in early August 2020, he subscribed to a telegram group, which was subsequently recognized as extremist. Subscribers dropped various information into this chat, including the location and movement of law enforcement officers. At that time, I decided to analyze information about the movement of riot police officers and dump it into the chat. He sent information in the form of diagrams indicating the location of riot police officers.
