Yarmoshuk was first detained in this case on March 23, 2023, and was held for three days. Then they released him, but on June 11, 2023 they detained him again and took him into custody.

According to the indictment, on March 1, 2022, Yarmoshuk downloaded several files from the ItArmy of Ukraine website that allow DDoS attacks. Then he launched the program on his computer “at least 8 times,” which “broke the protection system against DDoS attacks” and “the operation of unidentified Internet resources of the Russian Federation was disrupted.” Thus, according to the state prosecution, Yarmoshuk “used malicious, potentially dangerous programs.” Also on August 19, 2020, Yarmoshuk transferred about $60 to the BySOL initiative via Facebook. 7 months later (March 12, 2021), the Belarusian authorities recognized the BySOL Foundation as an “extremist formation.” The fact that at the time of the money transfer BySOL was not an “extremist formation” does not bother the state prosecution.

On January 12, 2024, an appeal hearing was held at the court. The verdict came into force.

Igor Nemirovich was first detained in early May 2022 and immediately placed under house arrest, but he escaped and left. In the fall of this year, he appealed to the commission for reviewing appeals from Belarusians abroad and returned home, but this fact was not recognized as "an unconditional basis for concluding that he repented." On September 27, 2023, he was detained again and placed in custody.

According to the prosecution , on August 10, 2020, Igor Nemirovich posted a photo on Instagram with text in an "indecent form, degrading the honor and dignity of Alexander Lukashenko, which contained a negative assessment and was offensive towards him."

At the trial, Igor admitted his guilt in full and said that from May to August 2020, he did not live in Belarus. The Brest resident learned about the events that took place in his homeland from the media. "Having succumbed to negative emotions from the events being covered," he posted a photo of an "offensive nature" regarding Alexander Lukashenko on the social network Instagram.

08/16/2024 released after serving the full sentence imposed by the court.

In October 2024, he was again detained on suspicion of "assisting extremist activity."

Andrey is 36 years old. In 2020, he worked at the Etazhi real estate agency. The man has a small daughter.

According to pro-government telegram channels, he himself wrote to the Black Book of Belarus and offered to drop the addresses of security forces involved in the repressions. Andrei did not know that on the other side, GUBOPiK employee Artur Gaiko was answering him.

Andrey was detained on November 10, 2023. He now faces up to 12 years in prison.

The man has been using the same account since 2019. From it he “leaked” information into the Black Book of Belarus, and from it he wrote comments in open chats and groups. The video shows his archived username from the ChKB bot database, which was saved by Arthur Gaiko. Through it you can find the current name of the telegram account and ID.

Convicted in January 2023. After the protests of 2020, he resigned from the service of the Lida District Department of Internal Affairs. For this he was subjected to repression.

On August 13, 2023, he was detained for “distribution, production, storage, transportation of information products containing calls for extremist activities or promoting such activities.” After this, a criminal case was opened against him. After the arrest, a “repentant” video was published with Artem, where he said that in 2020 he proposed throwing “Molotov cocktails” at police officers and sent instructions for making them to friends.

Detained along with his son for donations. According to officials, the man was convicted of making more than 100 money transfers totaling $1,885. Transfers were made from August 7, 2020 to March 24, 2021.

This was considered “financing the activities of an extremist formation” (although, most likely, at that time the initiatives were not any “extremist formations”).

On 02/02/2024 the appeal hearing was held, the verdict came into force.

Most likely he was detained on January 26, 2023 for the distribution, production, storage, transportation of information products containing calls for extremist activities or promoting such activities. After which a criminal case was opened under numerous articles. Before the trial, he was allegedly imprisoned in a prison in Zhodino.

On January 26, 2024, an appeal hearing was held. The verdict came into force.

Brest resident, videographer. Has minor children. On June 7, 2023, he was detained on administrative charges (Part 2 of Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), and received 10 days of arrest for subscribing to "Zerkalo" on Instagram. He was released, but two weeks later he was detained on criminal charges.

On January 16, 2024, an appeal hearing was held and the verdict entered into force.

According to the prosecution , on May 17, 2022, Leonid Raichonok transferred $400 for body armor to Belarusian volunteers fighting on the side of Ukraine. He made a second donation in the amount of $150 to the benefit of the “Prague Support Team” (an association of Belarusians in Prague who collect donations and use them to buy uniforms, sometimes for weapons accessories, for Belarusian volunteers fighting on the side of Ukraine). The Brest resident’s actions were qualified as “financing citizens of the Republic of Belarus to participate on the territory of a foreign state in an armed formation of one of the warring parties, in armed conflicts, military operations.”

On December 12, 2023, an appeal hearing was held. The verdict came into force.

Former husband of political prisoner Vitalia Bondarenko. He was detained after a short meeting with Vitalia, right at the exit from the colony, and was first placed in a temporary detention center in Gomel, after which he was transferred to pre-trial detention center-3.

On June 4, 2024, the appeal was considered and the verdict came into force.

The Belarus-1 TV channel released a film in which it was alleged that Alexander was recruited by the Lithuanian state security department. That allegedly, on the instructions of foreign intelligence, Alexander collected and transmitted information about employees of the KGB and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, as well as information about the country’s banking system.
