He was arrested in late August-early September 2024 before the elections. He was sentenced to five years' imprisonment under Article 203 of the Criminal Code for possession of an electronic reference book.
Mikhail graduated from Moscow State University of Printing Arts and the Academy of Management. He worked at the city executive committee as a cybersecurity engineer. After 2020, he was either fired or resigned.
Initially held in pre-trial detention center No. 7, on August 13, 2025, he arrived at correctional colony No. 22.
