Ivan from Golshany has two higher educations. He worked as an artist-designer, then became an animator, director and video editor. Artist and short story writer.
According to the case, on October 14, 2020, Ivan posted calls on the Telegram channel to destabilize public order, including arson of the KGB building and the Oshmyany district prosecutor’s office, as well as the destruction of law enforcement property. As a result of the search, ammunition and explosives were confiscated from him.
On December 19, 2022 and March 14, 2023, he was tried for disobedience to the prison administration under Art. 411 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
It is known that after being transferred to a colony, he was placed in a punishment cell. Since October 2023, he has been held in a cell-type facility.
On May 8, 2024, in Borisov, Ivan was again tried under Part 2 of Art. 411 CC. The case was considered by judge Lyudmila Zinkevich, who added 2 years to the political prisoner for “malicious disobedience.” It is known that a lawyer is not allowed to see Ivan.
As of July 2024, the political prisoner is being held in investigative prison No. 8. Ivan has an appeal hearing scheduled for July 26.
10 years and 1 month of imprisonment under enhanced security conditions
An anarchist activist, was detained on August 12, 2020, as he was leaving his apartment building and convicted under numerous criminal articles. Previously, he served a sentence in the "anarchist case" in 2010.
The court sentenced him to 17 years of imprisonment in a penal colony, and on February 28, 2023, the Supreme Court considered the appeals of the defendants in the case of the international criminal group . It is known that by his decision, the judge reduced the enormous sentence for Alexander by only 3 months.
In May 2024, it became known that a criminal case had been opened against Alexander under Article 411 of the Criminal Code (malicious disobedience to the demands of the colony administration). The political prisoner had been in a PKT for a long time. His trial began in the Volkovysk District Court on June 24, 2024. The case was heard by Judge Nikolai Sergeyko, who sentenced the political prisoner to another year of imprisonment.
Until the appeal, Alexander is being held in pre-trial detention facility No. 6.
On July 19, 2024, the mother of the political prisoner, Tatyana Frantskevich, was detained. She is accused under Article 361-1 of the Criminal Code for "participation in an extremist formation." Her sister, Natalia Lobatsevich, the mother of former political prisoner Ilya Lobatsevich, was detained along with her.
17 years and 9 months of imprisonment in a maximum security penal colony
According to the investigation, on October 12, 2020, at about 21:00, Zaikovsky, in a state of alcoholic intoxication on Dzerzhinsky Avenue with other unidentified persons, resisted police officers, threatened them with violence, and threw a beer glass towards the police bus.
He did not admit his guilt.

According to investigators, he was a participant in mass riots in Zhlobin. In June 2022, he was transferred to prison regime.
In July 2023, Evgeniy was added six months to his sentence under Art. 411 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
On February 1, 2024, he was released upon expiration of his sentence.
