According to the prosecution , on February 13, 2023, Igor Svirida, while in the Compulsory Enforcement Department (COI), “... provided a department employee with a handwritten explanation of the reasons for non-payment of fines imposed by the court for committing various administrative offenses, in which he deliberately and publicly wrote the text, in the content of which, in an offensive form, he expressed a negative assessment of the president’s personality, presented in the form of an obscene form of speech expression...”

On the same day, when a squad of employees of the Security Department was called to the enforcement department to detain him, he again publicly insulted A.G. Lukashenko. The investigation claims that Igor Svirida was allegedly intoxicated in the premises of the OPI.

During the court hearing, he partially admitted his guilt.

According to human rights activists, he will be released in the winter of 2024 upon expiration of his sentence.

According to the case materials , in December 2022, Tamara Karavai posted slanderous information about Alexander Lukashenko on the Internet via a messenger on the Odnoklassniki social network.

At the court hearing, Karavai fully admitted her guilt, but refused to testify.

It is known that Tamara Karavai has a minor child in her care. She was released on July 20, 2024, by pardon.

Tamara died in the spring of 2025. The woman's acquaintances reported her death to Nasha Niva . The official reason was that her heart gave out. The exact date of death is unknown, but Tamara was last online on VKontakte on April 23, 2025.
