On March 23, 2024, he was released after fully serving the sentence imposed by the court.

A Minsker was detained on May 26 as an assistant in organizing protests for sending a video of the special equipment of the security forces moving along Nezalezhnosti Avenue to the telegram channel Nexta and Nexta Live and sending a message with the name of the special equipment. But during the search, Trusov was found about two grams of marijuana, which he himself gave to the security forces during the search. The essence of the accusations under parts 1 of articles 328 and 329 of the Criminal Code is that Trusov grew a narcotic plant for the purpose of its sale and use. Trusov has grown at least three seedlings with the help of a personal computer case, light and other necessary equipment for growing cannabis. He also kept drugs in his car.
In September 2023, he was released upon expiration of his sentence.

In another telegram channel, recognized as extremist, Alexander Litvishchenko used the word "schmuck" in relation to Alexander Lukashenko. Interestingly, the linguistic expertise ambiguously assessed this expression of the Mogilev resident: the expert linguist did not show anywhere that this word is offensive, emphasizing that it carries a negative assessment using reduced vocabulary.
According to human rights activists, he was released in the spring of 2023 after the expiration of his sentence.
Convicted by the Zhlobin District Court for a comment about a policeman in a telegram channel. He has been serving his sentence since March 2021.
In June 2022, he was transferred to a colony until the end of his term.
