Vladimir was detained on May 9, 2023 at the Terespol-Brest border crossing when returning to Belarus. His phone was checked and then he was detained.

There are several known administrative courts against Vladimir. So, on May 10, 16, 26 and June 7 he was tried under Part 2 of Art. 19.11 Code of Administrative Offenses (distribution of extremist materials) and was sentenced to arrest. The last time he was sentenced to 15 days

Searches were carried out at the place where he and his relatives lived. Since his arrest, Vladimir has been kept in the temporary detention center of the Leninsky District Department of Internal Affairs in Brest.

It is known that Vladimir was arrested because of old subscriptions.

The trial date is still unknown. Since his arrest he has been held in the temporary detention center of the Ivanovo region .

On December 11, 2023, it became known that Vladimir was free.

According to the investigation, on the night of March 20, a 20-year-old man tore down four state flags in the agro-town of Loshnitsa. He damaged the flags and broke the poles.

After this, Mikhail was detained by police officers. It turned out that he was a citizen of a foreign state with a residence permit in the Republic of Belarus. He arrived in the Republic of Belarus about 10 years ago and was assigned to work at one of the enterprises in the Minsk region.

Antipov filmed his actions on his phone and posted the photos on his social network page.

The defendant's mother testified in court. Suspecting that her son had committed illegal actions against the flags, she demanded that he contact the police and also reported the incident to the local police inspector.

The driver of the Svetlogorsk municipal housing unitary enterprise "Svetoch" Vladimir was detained by the police at work on January 6 of this year. At first, Oleg was convicted under an administrative article, part 2 of article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (Distribution of extremist materials) for sending a telegram post from the Mustache Lukashenko channel in private messages to a friend. For this, the man was sentenced to 10 days of arrest. And already on March 22, 2023, the man was placed in a pre-trial detention center on criminal charges for comments about Lukashenka and the Belarusian military. According to human rights activists , there was such a comment about the military: "pi * duki" (it was with the asterisk sign that the comment imputed to Oleg was).

During Prokopchuk's stay in a pre-trial detention center, he had a third child, but this did not affect the court's decision.

On August 1, 2023, an appeal hearing was held. The verdict came into force.

A native of Gomel, the commander of the second department of the fire rescue unit No. 26 of the Frunzensky district of Minsk. He was detained on February 7, 2023 in Minsk at the duty station.

Safanovich was accused of writing messages in a Telegram chat on October 25, 2020, calling for road closures. According to the prosecution and the court, in his first message, Safanovich "called for active participation in group actions in the Luninets district that grossly violate public order," i.e. Safanovich allegedly committed a crime under Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.

Safanovich was also charged under Part 1 of Article 367 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus, i.e. public slander against Lukashenko. As follows from the article of the state publication, Safanovich wrote a second message in the same chat on August 13, 2020, under a photo of a tearful woman leaving Okrestina. The caption to the video was as follows : "Confession of a Belarusian girl who was in the dungeons of Lukashenko's Gestapo. Do I understand correctly that Lukashenko became the second after Hitler to attack the people of Belarus?"

On July 18, 2023, the appeal was heard and the verdict came into force.
