Vladimir is a graduate of the History Department at Belarusian State University, completing his master's degree in 2012 and his doctorate in 2016. He is the author of over 20 research papers. Since 2017, he has worked at the National Archives, where he became deputy head of the Information Retrieval Systems Department and was recognized as the best archivist in Belarus in 2020.
He was arrested in April 2025 as part of a criminal case opened under the articles "assistance to extremist activity" and "incitement of hostility or discord," and in December of the same year he was charged with several counts related to the transfer of information to the "Belarusian Gayun" chatbot and posting comments on Telegram.

Yuri is a businessman and one of the coordinators of Viktor Babariko's campaign headquarters. He was arrested on August 12, 2020, on criminal charges of "mass riots" and "blocking transport communications." A report on the Belarus 1 television channel portrayed him as the organizer of protests in the Uruchye neighborhood of Minsk.
While behind bars, he was the only prisoner to give interviews to state media criticizing Lukashenko's opponents. On October 10, 2020, Yuri attended a meeting of political prisoners with Lukashenko at the KGB pretrial detention center, and on October 11, he was released on bail and under a written undertaking not to leave the country and to behave properly.
Photographer. Natalia took a lot of nature photographs, especially of birds, and was well known in the now-disbanded amateur ornithologist organization "Bird Protection of the Fatherland."
Natalia was diagnosed with liver cancer while in pretrial detention.
During the appeal hearing, the Supreme Court reclassified the charge from "financing extremist activity" to "assisting extremist activity" (Article 361-4 of the Criminal Code). As a result, given her poor health, Natalia's sentence was reduced to three years of restricted freedom without being sent to an open correctional facility (house arrest).
