According to the prosecution, on July 18, 2021, Govorko posted a video on his Instagram account, where he spoke about two policemen of the Berezovsky department of the Security Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus. This video contains pictures of them. Govorko's actions were qualified as a crime under Article 369 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (insulting a representative of the authorities), since oral comments contained "an indecent, humiliating and negative assessment of the personalities of the victims" .
The court ruled to satisfy claims for moral damages in the amount of 1,500 Belarusian rubles to each policeman. Released at the end of March 2022 after the expiration of the sentence.
