In a pro-government video, Tarasenko “admits” that he allegedly posted “an offensive post addressed to the president” on his Facebook page.

Tarasenko works as a long-distance truck driver.

According to human rights activists , he was released in the winter of 2025, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.

Initially, Vladislav was detained in the administrative case 24.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses for 15 days, during which he was charged under Art. 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus . A photo from marches in Minsk was found on his phone.

Alexander was arrested in September 2022 and convicted for participating in protests and blocking roads on August 9 and October 25, 2020 in Minsk.

Released on May 8, 2024, having fully served the sentence imposed by the court.

A 65-year-old businessman from the Gomel region was detained for anti-war messages insulting Lukashenko.

During the Soviet era, he studied in the Ukrainian city of Krivoy Rog, worked at Mozyrpromstroy, and in 1992, together with friends, founded the company "Lotus", of which he is still a co-owner.

Starotitorov received letters of gratitude from the executive committee and the Orthodox Church and was included in the list of the best entrepreneurs of the Gomel region.

On 10.11.2023, the appeal was heard. The verdict came into force.

On November 28, 2023, he was added to the KGB's "terrorist list". On January 18, 2024, Pyotr was removed from the "terrorist list".

He was pardoned in January 2025.

According to the indictment , in August 2022, Shakirov intentionally posted a comment containing signs of verbal aggression in a duly recognized extremist Telegram group (chat) in order to obstruct the lawful activities of an employee of the internal affairs bodies and out of revenge for the performance of official duties by the head of the Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime and Corruption of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, N. N. Karpenkov.

On June 9, 2023, the appeal was heard and the verdict came into force.

The man has a higher education and works as a driver in a private company. He has six children, three of whom are minors. One of them is two years old.

Dmitry was accused of leaving offensive comments in a Telegram chat in January 2022 regarding the Minsk prosecutor, the captain of the Minsk traffic police, the captain of the Bobruisk OMON police, the judge of the Leninsky District Court of Grodno, a police major, the deputy head of law enforcement and prevention of the Frunzensky District Department of Internal Affairs of Minsk, and OMON police sergeants of the Mogilev Regional Department of Internal Affairs.

He is expected to be released on March 14, 2025.

The man, according to the materials of the prosecution, posted publications in Telegram in which he gave a negative assessment of Lukashenko — profanity was used in the messages. In them, the accused allegedly also called for violence against military man of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus, law enforcement officers, incited national and social enmity: «Russian invaders participating in the forcible seizure of foreign state territory by military force»‎.

Mikhail was arrested in October 2021 in connection with a criminal case opened for online comments following the deaths of KGB officer Dmitry Fedosyuk and IT specialist Andrei Zeltser in Minsk. In November 2022, he was sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony.

He was released in the summer of 2023, having served his full sentence.

In November, pro-government telegram channels reported the detention of two friends - 25-year-old Denis Pishchalo and 24-year-old Ilona Zaitseva.

In the “repentance” video, the guy says that he participated in post-election protests and went out onto the roadway, was subscribed to “extremist” Telegram channels, and also left offensive comments.

On 06/06/2023 the appeal hearing of the court took place and the verdict entered into force.

On July 27, 2024, he was released, having fully served the sentence imposed by the court.

According to human rights activists, he will be released in December 2025.

According to the prosecution , on November 20, 2020, then on December 19, 2021, and from February to May 2022, Alexander posted several messages in the Telegram messenger from his Xiaomi Redmi 7A mobile phone, which “contained a clearly negative assessment of law enforcement officers, military personnel, as well as a group of people united by nationality.” He also posted comments on the Internet using obscene language, in which he gave “a clearly negative assessment of the personality of the head of state, humiliated his honor and dignity.”

On 04.04.2023, the appeal was considered and the verdict came into force.

He worked as an international transportation manager for the Minsk company Transglobal.

Sergey was very active in commenting on various messages in more than 30 groups. The Telegram account was more or less decently protected, but he had not changed it since 2018.

The security forces accuse him of "threatening government officials on the Internet" (he left 43 thousand comments). And also of transferring some information about his former classmate, a security officer, to the "Black Book of Belarus". 58 criminal cases have been opened against him.

On September 29, 2023, he was sent to pretrial detention center No. 4 (Mogilev). On October 27, Sergei's appeal was considered in the Minsk City Court. In late autumn 2023, it became known that Sergei had been transferred to pretrial detention center No. 1 as part of a new criminal case. The trial under Article 369 (insulting a government official) was scheduled for December 7, 2023, in the Minsk Moskovsky District Court, Judge Tatyana Pirozhnikova.
