Natalia was first convicted in January 2023 for an online comment under the article "insulting a government official" and sentenced to one and a half years of restricted freedom, known as "house arrest."

In September of that year, Natalia was arrested again and convicted on a new criminal charge, accused of "financing extremist activity" for supporting political prisoners through money transfers.

On December 13, 2025, she was released after another visit to Minsk by US President Donald Trump's special representative, John Cole, and taken to Ukraine.

Grigory returned to Belarus in March 2022, where he was detained. The reason for the return was the mother's illness (cancer was found), and then the cancer was found in the father.

Grigory has not been in Belarus for a year and a half: since the end of November 2020. Alice is accused of one telegram message written on the evening of February 28, 2022 (on the 4th day of Russia's full-scale war against Ukraine).

The comment was written in the telegram chat «Belaruski Gayun Chat» (a chat associated with the channel Belaruski Gayun», which tracked the movement of Russian troops on the territory of Belarus). The text contains the word «rats», and the state prosecution interprets this as referring to Lukashenko. In addition, at the trial, the prosecutor pointed out that this word is profanity.

The court decided that the information in the comment was deliberately false and discredited the employee in the eyes of society.

At the beginning of the trial, Sergei Matyukhevich was charged under two articles of the Criminal Code for messages on the Internet. However, under Article 369 of the Criminal Code, the judge released the man from punishment: the statute of limitations had expired. Cjnhelybrb law enforcement agencies came home to the Losik's at 8 a.m. Daria herself and her two year old daughter Polina were sleeping.

According to the telegram channels of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Daria is accused of facilitating extremist activities in the form of a conversation with the Belsat TV channel in the spring of 2022, despite the fact that the TV channel was recognized as an extremist formation in November 2021. Such an interview, according to the authors of the post, may entail criminal liability under Article 361-4 of the Criminal Code on facilitating extremist activity.

Journalist and TV presenter, who previously held a position in the “presidential pool” of the ONT TV channel.

In August 2020, Semchenko resigned in protest against the brutal dispersal of peaceful protests. Dmitry and his wife were detained on September 15 in Minsk. Yulia was later released, and Dmitry was left behind bars pending trial. A day later, the man was arrested for 15 days. But after 15 days, Dmitry was not released and was sentenced to another 13 days of arrest under Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses for distributing "extremist materials" on his social networks. In August 2022, Sergei was sentenced to 15 days of arrest for a repost from a telegram channel recognized as an extremist formation in the Republic of Belarus.

But after the administrative arrest, Sergei did not leave the IVS: he was charged with criminal article 130. As it became known, the case was already going to court, forensic examinations were carried out — but suddenly the man was charged with another criminal article. This time according to Part 3 of Article 361 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
