Evgeniy is a former assistant prosecutor of the Pervomaisky District of Minsk. In August 2020, he initiated an investigation into the actions of people in traffic police uniforms who beat up bikers. The investigation yielded no results, and he soon resigned from the prosecutor's office.
On June 10, 2021, Yevgeny was detained and convicted of "picketing by placing a white-red-white flag on a balcony." Later, the arrest period was extended for another 15 days, and then a criminal case was opened against him for group actions that grossly violate public order. He was additionally charged under the article on "incitement of hatred."
In May 2022, Evgeny was sentenced to imprisonment, and in September of the same year he was stripped of his title.
In the winter of 2025, he was released, having served his entire sentence.
Pavel was convicted of calling 102 and speaking out about Lukashenko and the officer on duty who took the call. On July 9, 2021, after the verdict was announced, he was taken into custody right in the courtroom.
During the investigation, after operational actions were carried out, Pavel got his phone back, but he sold it, thereby getting rid of the material evidence. This became the basis for initiating an additional criminal case under the article "Illegal actions in relation to property subject to inventory or seizure."
According to human rights activists, Pavel was released in July 2022, having fully served his sentence imposed by the court.
Alexey was convicted in July 2021 for an "offensive" comment on a social network addressed to Timur Pakhomenko, head of the Leninsky District Department of Internal Affairs of Mogilev, which he left back in the winter of 2020. The court sentenced him to restricted freedom with a referral.
In September 2022, the punishment was toughened and the restriction of freedom was replaced by a penal colony.
In March 2023, he was released, having fully served his sentence.

Igor was convicted under two articles - for insulting Lukashenko and government officials. According to the investigation materials, on February 22, 2021, he publicly insulted Lukashenko, as well as traffic police officers Petrochenko and Ryzhik, using obscene language.
In July 2022, Igor was released, having fully served his sentence imposed by the court.
Andrei was convicted under the articles “Hooliganism” and “Desecration of historical and cultural values.”
On August 14, 2020, he drew a circle with a horizontal line on the statue of a woman in the Minsk Hero City obelisk complex, thereby, according to investigators, desecrating cultural values and the memory of those killed in the Great Patriotic War.
He was released in September 2022, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.
Yuri was convicted in April 2021 under the article "Illegal collection and dissemination of information about the private life" of a judge and other persons and sentenced to imprisonment and a large fine. He was taken into custody right in the courtroom.
After amendments were made to the Criminal Code, Yuri's case was reviewed: his prison term was reduced by three months, and Article 179 was replaced with Article 203-1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.

Alexander was detained in the winter of 2021 and convicted under articles on insulting Lukashenko and inciting hatred on the basis of social affiliation - in relation to police officers. The case of insulting Lukashenko was initiated for a comment on Telegram left by Alexander on September 27, 2020. Under another article, the criminal case was based on messages posted by him from July to October 2020, which, according to the investigation and the court, contained calls for aggressive actions against police officers.
According to human rights activists, Alexander was released in May 2024, having fully served his sentence imposed by the court.
Denis was detained in March 2021 and convicted for comments left in the Telegram chat "Molodechno for Life Chat". The victims were recognized as Molodechno police officers, a female employee of the Grodno OMON, as well as public figures - Lukashenko, Yermoshina and Karpenkov.
Leonid was detained in February 2021 and later charged with public calls for violence and acts of terrorism, which, according to investigators, he posted in one of the public Telegram chats in October-November 2020. He did not admit his guilt.
According to human rights activists, he was released in April 2024, having fully served his sentence.
Viktor, the founder of Aktivlizing, was arrested as part of the Babariko case and convicted in July 2021 of second-degree bribery or bribery on a large scale.
On October 25, 2022, the court heard a case regarding the replacement of the unserved portion of the sentence.
Sergei, a former deputy chairman of the board of Belgazprombank, was detained as part of the Babariko case and convicted in July 2021 under the article “accepting a bribe.”
On March 9, 2023, a hearing was held to establish preventive supervision, and on March 30, Sergei was released from the colony. Presumably, he was released on parole or his term was reduced as a result of an appeal. Human rights activists do not have more precise information.
