Maxim was arrested on August 17, 2021, along with former riot police officer Maxim Klimovich, in a criminal case opened under the article "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them," and was remanded in custody pending trial.
In November 2021, he was convicted of participating in a post-election protest that took place in Minsk from August 9 to 10, 2020, and sentenced to restricted freedom and placement in an open correctional facility.
He was released in the summer of 2023, having fully served his sentence.

Vladimir had previously worked as a police officer in the Department of Security for three months. Several years later, he returned to work as a patrol officer, but was dismissed four years later. He has been unemployed since the end of 2019.
According to the prosecution, Vladimir "from August 2020 to January 2021 collected information from various sources about the private lives of 27 law enforcement officers in the Gomel region and forwarded it to an unspecified group of individuals who administered a 'destructive' Telegram channel."
In November 2021, he was found guilty of "illegal actions in relation to private information and personal data," sentenced to arrest and ordered to pay substantial compensation for moral damages.

Alina was arrested in November 2021 in connection with a criminal case opened for online comments following the deaths of KGB officer Dmitry Fedosyuk and IT specialist Andrei Zeltser in Minsk.
In May 2022, she was found guilty of "inciting hatred or discord" and "insulting Lukashenko" and sentenced to imprisonment.
According to human rights activists, she was released in August 2023, having fully served her sentence.

Mikhail, a Gomel resident and native of Kazakhstan, was arrested in Russia in October 2021 on charges of "violence or threat of violence against a law enforcement officer" and placed in pretrial detention.
On May 3, 2022, the European Court of Human Rights barred Russian authorities from extraditing Mikhail to Belarus; his lawyer, Roza Magomedova (Civic Assistance), notified state authorities of this. He was scheduled to be released, as his detention period was set to expire on May 14, 2022. However, at 10:00 a.m. on May 13, 2022, he was forcibly extradited to Belarus, a grave violation of international law.

Roman was found guilty in June 2021 of "insulting a government official" for a comment he left on VKontakte addressed to Sergei Solovyov, deputy head of the Soligorsk District Department of Internal Affairs, and sentenced to restricted freedom and placement in an open correctional facility.
The prison administration recorded Roman's lateness to a lecture, sleeping under a bunk, and refusal to clean as violations of the "chemistry" regime. A court hearing was held in February 2022 on these reports, following which he was transferred to a penal colony.
