Alexander Vladimirovich Kornienko

Alexander was detained in a criminal case initiated due to protests and clashes between Pinsk residents and security forces on the night of August 9-10, 2020. He was convicted of participating in "mass riots." The victims in the case were 109 police officers and officials, who, in addition to imprisonment, demanded about 530 thousand rubles in compensation from the accused.

Pavel, the son of an Orthodox priest and an employee of the Leninsky District Enforcement Department of Brest, was detained on December 1, 2020, along with his parents, as part of the criminal "Avtukhovich case." The authorities called Nikolai Avtukhovich "the organizer and leader of a terrorist group." Pavel was convicted of "participation in a criminal organization," "an act of terrorism," "an attempt to seize power," and "illegal actions in relation to firearms."

In October 2023, he was transferred to prison regime.

One of the leaders of the Honest People initiative, Ilya, actively participated in Viktor Babariko's election campaign, heading the signature verification department. He was detained on August 4, 2020, on charges of economic crimes, but was later convicted of "posting media aimed at discrediting the government and dividing society by political views."

Sergey, a system administrator in the field of local networks and video surveillance, was arrested on October 2, 2020, in connection with a case of mass riots and accused of participating in Telegram channels of a “radical direction”, as well as of intending to damage or destroy three Tabakerka kiosks.

On August 12, 2020, Alexander was detained when his car was stopped by armed men. He refused to get out, and after being threatened with gunfire, he tried to drive away. During his detention, he was beaten and taken to the hospital with a traumatic brain injury, then transferred to a pretrial detention center. According to investigators, he ran over a police officer's foot. The court found him guilty of attempted murder.

Alexey was detained on December 4, 2020, as part of a criminal case on mass riots and convicted of participating in a protest that took place in August 2020 near the Riga shopping center in Minsk.

Artem, an employee of "Beltelecom," was detained on October 22, 2020, and sentenced for passing on the data of law enforcement personnel via Telegram.

Pavel was detained in a criminal case opened after a protest that took place on September 23, 2020, in Minsk. He was convicted under three criminal articles, including "resisting a police officer." According to the charges, he called for participation in mass riots, which were allegedly planned in advance under the guise of mass events, blocked communications, and the resistance was expressed in disobeying demands to open the door, refusing to get out of the car, and holding on to the seat with his hands.

In July 2022, Pavel was convicted again of “malicious disobedience to the demands of the administration of a correctional facility” — an article under which prisoners who refuse to cooperate with the administration are tried for fictitious violations.

A member of presidential candidate Svetlana Tikhanovskaya's initiative group in Gomel was detained on June 7, 2020 and accused of participating in "mass riots" and plans to "seize buildings."

Alexey was detained on November 4, 2020, in Minsk along with drummers. He was beaten during the detention and then sentenced to 15 days of administrative arrest. He was later accused of preparing to participate in "mass riots" and participating in protests. His car was also confiscated.

A member of the expanded Coordination Council was detained on September 29, 2020, in connection with a case of mass riots, beaten by riot police officers and accused of participating in Telegram channels of a "radical orientation".

Artem is a former border guard, a member of the initiative group to nominate Svetlana Tikhanovskaya for president, and one of the videographers of the YouTube channel "Country for Life". He took part in a picket to collect signatures in Grodno on May 29, 2020. He was later detained and convicted of "organizing mass riots".

In November 2022, he was transferred to prison regime.

According to human rights activists, the defendants in the "case" are required to pay compensation in the amount of 29 million rubles.

An individual entrepreneur was detained and convicted under three criminal articles for participating in an event that occurred during the dispersal of people on October 11, 2020, near the Pushkinskaya metro station.

In April 2022, Ivan was convicted again for participating in a protest, but this did not affect his final sentence. However, in November of the same year, he was given another year of imprisonment, convicted of "disobeying the demands of the administration of the correctional facility."

In September 2023, he was sentenced to an additional 3 years in prison for "violence against an official."

In March 2024, he was transferred to prison for 3 years.
